I am a big fan of Wing Stop but lately they have just poured there seasoning on there chicken and fries to the point, I am unable to eat due to being to salty. Upon waiting on food other employees hollering at other employees due too being busy , to me hollaring in front of customers is not professional for a business.I will not be eating there for a very long time.
Don't be fooled by the pickup time because the moment you step on the counter, that will be the only time they are gonna make your order. I am just rating 3 stars because I don't want them to close because I love Wingstop so much since my previous country, and this branch is the only one we have in Decatur.
I work here the business gets really busy twice as half as busy it gets like McDonald's I would say the lemon pepper add on with parmesan on boneless or the chicken is the best outta 10 and the voodoo. cheese ranch add on with Cajun to make it sweet with a lil of spice my fav best french fries to eat there or a cheese add on with parmesean ? been working here for almost 6 months now, and We hope our food satisfy your cravings.
this was my first visit and will definitely not be my last these wings were absolutely fantastic and the people working there were cool and I can't wait to go back LOL. ?✌️❤️
I ordered boneless wings, while eating them I discovered they was partially cooked, and I was given thigh meat instead of boneless wings. I can tell the difference in what piece of the chicken i am eating and i dint dovdark meat. My order was supposed to be lemon pepper, didn't have any seasoning on it, when I called the restaurant to inform them of the problem, it took 2hrs to get them to answer and then I was told I would have to talk to a manager and the manager wouldn't be in until the morning. Got celery sticks that wasn't wrapped in the paper correctly, to the point they was all over the bottom on my bag when I made it home. Also I didn't receive any ranch dipping sauce for my celery sticks. This has been by far the worst service I have ever gotten from Wingstop. I'm either calling in the morning to speak with a manager or I'm going in person because this is completely unacceptable. And I still don't have anything to eat. Will post a update after speaking to management tomorrow. Stay tuned!
Food is great every time i go. The workers are very friendly, they solve every issue with ease. No long wait times for food, and its fresh every time! Wingstop turning in a good dorection! Way better than it has been the past few years. Store #39-Sticky
The food was good. The wait time, however, was not. My boyfriend waited an hour for our order that was promised to be ready in 20 minutes. I understand it was busy at the time. But promised times online should've been bumped up to let customers know the actual wait time...
shorted our food missing 10 wings and then stopped answering our calls and food that we did get was horrible.. waste of $54

My daughter Order food from here last night at 7:25 yesterday. they said 16 to 21 minutes got there. Wanted hour in a half once we got there after already waiting 20 minutes before leaving the house. She ask for refund they told her no. As well as many other people who wanted there money back. First that's Illegal to do, then held customers hostage because they had to want for food because they wouldn't give anyone there money back. Manager was very unprofessional yelling at employee saying she only had two hands. While four other employees stood there. French fries were soft not crisp. Call corporate headquarters last night as well told them this is the case everytime we go there. They told me they should have gave money back. Called wingstop in Champaign they say the same. I will never go back. I would be ashamed to be working there but yet you want to pay people 15 dollars an hour for that kind of service. That manager would be fire.
