Could've been better. Had the chick taking mine and my son's orders actually been paying attention to what we said, well, that would've been nice.

They were slow and couldn't get the order right. The person that took the order didn't even know what frosty flavors they had and was to busy doing everyone's job but his own.

I knew it was a mistake to try going here again. When we first moved here, we went several times and always received the same bad mannered, slow, incorrect service. However, it'd been a few months and I tried again. After waiting almost 25 minutes in the drive through line (which only had about 5 cars ahead of me), I pull up to the window to see no chicken nuggets. So I order something different. Then no diet coke. Then no lemonade. I realize this is not their fault, it seems like a location that might not stay open much longer. But, to top it all off, the person taking my order consistently interrupted me to ask "is that all" after every word I said, and managed to get my order wrong. Will not be coming back - and I'm surprised that so many people still do.

I was excited to try the new breakfast bacanator. I am sadly disappointed. I thought it would be all bacon , egg and cheese. Nope to my surprise it was sausage and 2 small pieces of bacon which equals to 1 piece of regular size. I don't like sausage ever. So I can I was very disappointed. Won't waste my money again.

Arrived at drive thru, employee was unable to hear me. It happens. Order screen was correct. Double baconator combo, large fry, large chocolate frosty. Go up and pay. Continue to pickup window. Person who hands me the frosty is polite. The guy who hands me the food says nothing, and based on arm motion would probably have tossed it into the car if I didn't reach for it first. Sandwich was wrong, which this isn't the first time. It was a single sandwich with bacon and enough pickles for a second patty. I don't like pickles. And pickle juice ruined the sandwich. Decided to review this time because annoyed.

Food ok but sitting in drive thur for over 25 minutes is ridiculous and not sure what drink I got but it's not ice tea. No thank you was said either basically like almost throw the food at you and walks away. Manners needed! Couldn't hear the guy taking orders we said something about it but the excuse was due rain the speakers don't work right? Then get it fixed! Go at your on risk lol

Stop lying about being open til 1am, you all cut the lights out and only take one cars order at a time...Poor speed of service poor customer service.....Also some of the morning staff needs not be on the drive thru rude and unfriendly experience...

this location NEVER has the lobby open. the staff are rude, slow and the store is dirty af if you can get in. they treat you like they are annoyed you made an order. half the time, the orders wrong. DO NOT GO HERE!

This Wendy's used to be the best. Management and employees have gone so downhill that I can't go here anymore. The drink machine never has more than half the selection available, the drive through is slow and difficult to work with, and the place is just dirty these days.I loved this Wendy's and had great memories from it, I'm sad to see it go this way.

I love coming here. I door dash and this is the best people to pick up food from, they also make really good food whenever ive eaten it its been good snd fresh and pretty fast. Wonderful staff. I can always tell they are trying and care about it.Although i do KINDA have a problem with both management and society. A lot of the time they should really have more people working. These people go the extra mile which is awesome but you shouldn't be forced to because you're understaffed.Thank you to everyone who works here
