cant order online. dude that works there is cool and fast. he made a good sub, he gets 5 stars but this place gets only 2 stars for not being able to order online.

Ordered a salad and this is what I got. When I asked the worker if she would at least cut the meat up she informed me that she was giving me a knife and a fork. I asked for crackers also and was completely ignored.
Convenient access from I57 and US24! Not only is there a Subway (usual experience with friendly staff), but there is a Travel plaza at this location with truck parking.
The service was great... The guy was new but he knew his stuff... I think it was the nearest, prettiest, sandwich I have ever seen done at subway.... He was friendly, professional and knows how to interact with the customer....

Some youngsters working today for lunch hour ?without any good supervision, very slow, not very professional with customer service. (By the way order some salad bowls)because I was turned away not even offered any type of other suggestion, just passed over after told their out of salad bowls. Get them some customer service training.
