Usually good food and drinks very slow service be ready to spend 25 30 min even in drive way
Took nearly an hour for our food to be taken to us. It was clearly forgotten as everything was stale and the milkshakes had melted.
Used to be good, like most things post COVId, short staffed, which causes the employees that stayed to be overworked and unpleasant. Don't blame the employees, blame the situation
Since this Sonic has opened I have tried to eat here several times. Yesterday was my last try. The food has always been gross! The drinks are still great. If you've ever eaten at a Sonic in the south you wouldn't even want to try this food here! It's almost like they use different ingredients and the quality of the food is terrible! I love Sonic but this one here is not what you want if you want that good old Sonic! Trust me you don't want to eat here, just grab a drink and keep moving!
Drive thru was incredibly slow, food was good. Shakes, very thick, were really good but pricey. We got 3 shakes, onion rings & a pretzel it cost over $20, I'd hate to see what it would cost if we got meals?
Took 15 minutes to order. Ordered food and breakfast sandwich had no bacon on it, cheese not melted and bread not toasted, all of our food was cold. Server did not know how to count change back without calculator. Very disappointed. It was not a busy time, lots of empty spots. They're usually not like that.
I will always eat there can’t get food home warm . The food is not good cold. Now when they bring out and I eat it there super good .
Our first time and the experience was horrible. Cars waited long to have orders picked up (probably due to short staffing); some cars left since they couldn't wait. We waited more than 30mins for our order to arrive and the food wasn't that hot.
This location has always had great service! We ordered the new patty melt, and it did not disappoint. I just want to encourage all workers to smile; you don't know what kind of effect just a smile can have on someone. ??
I understand places are short staffed as of late but to wait in the drive thru for over an hour for 2 drinks 1 shake and cheese fries Is straight ridiculous. I left drive thru to go inside and did not talk to someone for 30+ minutes especially when you can see into the kitchen and see the workers standing around talking and also looking into the lobby and turn away expecting you to leave.
