I've never had a bad experience with them. Food's always hot and just the way I like it. And the staff are friendly.
Ordered at 10pm tonight, I patiently waited almost 1hr 15min before calling was told my order was on the way, only to call an hour later and be told flat out your order ain’t coming!!! So unprofessional. I’ve been a long time customer and have spent thousands with this store. Will never buy another pizza from here!!!
I do pick up at the window, the people here are super friendly. My food is always hot and delicious ?. When I needed delivery, still hot...super fast!!
ordered a thin pepperoni pizza and when we opened it it had olives and mushrooms on it. called to see what they could do about it. the lady said “best i can do is make a new one or add credit to your account”. i asked her to please remake it for us and she said “ugh” and told me to hold on. she was rude and acted like it was my fault. she never once apologized and offered us anything else.
This pizza ? place is fire ? I will be back... The works are very nice.The food is perfect taste great.The kids like pizza hut more then others.
Delivers food 2 hours late and refuses to make it right the second time. Delivery driver doesn't carry change so didn't get change back for cold food. This pizza hut will close soon, I'm sure.
These are my breadsticks. No seasoning or anything on top. If I wanted plain dry breadsticks, I’d go to Monicals.
My order was not even warm, the Alfredo had no lid on it and the lid of the box was smashed on it and the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box. The cheese sticks were burnt and cold. The pizzas were cold also. I have never had an order this bad. Would have called back yesterday but I was very busy at work. It was not worth the money. Will be very hesitant to order again anytime soon.
Breadsticks were cold by the time they gor home because they were put in a paper like bag and not a box. Requested a box but only got a sack. They were so greasy that they would have stained the seats. Not sure why, when we got 3 orders of breadsticks and the temperature is 25 degrees out, that they were not put in a box as requested.
My pizza was more crust than topping, cheese sauce was cold, wings had half with sauce half not and they didnt taste fresh and the breadsticks were extremely dry. Not the pizza hut experience I normally have for $30. Very disappointing
