ill never buy another pj pizza again . for the 22$ price it was a joke . hardly any cheese at all . much better off buying frozen .
Order a pizza been a hour cold and messy they talking about we will make you a new one but it will be another hour I told them to cancel it poor customer service ?♀️ need to do better ?
cuT THE PIZZAS FAM, the last few times we order the pizza was barely even sliced and ended up getting mostly ripped apart. it also doesnt help that the bottom crust is suPER thin and not in a solid state whatsoever. other than that vERY YUMMY! good stuffed crust !
Had promo code for a large 3 topping pizza. Had trouble ordering online. So I called and placed my order. For a Double pepperoni and extra cheese. I am gonna say this about my pizza if this is what they call double pepperoni there is a serious pepperoni shortage. Got about 3 or 4 slices of pepperoni per slice of pizza. Not what I all double or extra pepperoni. I would show a photo of where I pulled the cheese and all off a slice but not sure how to add a photo.
After waiting 90 minutes, I called for a status update on my order and the VERY RUDE female who answered the phone told me it was just going in the oven, they were very busy and I could drive over to check if I wanted. She then immediately hung up before I could respond, Again, I just asked why it took over 90 minutes for 1 medium pizza. I understand businesses get busy but this place is totally unprofessional

Had only half my $100 order delivered the Tuesday before Christmas. After 30 mins of trying to get a manager to answer the phone I was told I would receive a $30 credit under my phone number. Then when I tried to use it was told that since it was not put on a rewards account it could not be used.

The girl that took my order was nice as was the delivery guy. The person who answered the phone after 15 minutes ( not joking ) of me being kept on hold. Then you were nasty with me because I want to know why it’s taking an hr and some change, for my food to arrive. I pre-tipped 5$ and was gonna tip cash but the attitude cost extra tip money! I want my tip back but the driver didn’t do it.
