Wish they were more consistent on quality/reliability of equipment that they use. Whether it was their having coffee machine Down for days, or soups not available, there's no excuse for not getting back up and running within hours. Several instances, where"bread and butter" offerings for Panera, are not available.
Girl taking orders was nice. But the people behind her were very rude and unprofessional including the cooks and line people who were clearly and loudly speaking rudely about how customers shouldn't look back at them while they work. They made it a very unpleasant experience and we will not be back.

Poorly managed. Front counter girl named Amber at the Decatur, Il location is the friendliest with all customers. She not only worked the front but was also working dining area as well. Don’t see how one person can do both jobs. Meanwhile, the manager was just standing in the background and not helping. That is not manger material.

Good food, but always short staffed. Check your order to ensure nothing’s missing. Went to dine in this evening and sign on the door says “take out only because of staffing issues.” Again. This has to be one of the most poorly managed places around. But I keep going back because we have limited options and the food’s pretty good.
I am totally dissapointed of Panera. I just order to go, the gave me the wrong salad. Then sandwich size was reduce significantly and no tomatoes, old bread and disgusting chicken.
The worst Panera I have ever been to. Inedible and missing ingredients. Iced tea tasted like coffee. Never again.
