Chloe was awesome the food was delicious overall great experience
Took 10 minutes just to get someone to ask me if I would like a drink. Ordered a deluxe Supreme (thin crust) all I could taste were the banana peppers. Worst pizza I have ever had. Won't be returning.
Just tried to get some information on what the prices were per phone. The girl wasn't friendly at all and said she didn't know how much any pizzas were Also that they just had a price increase again. I think just her tone was very rude. These people will eventually over price theirselfs right out of bussiness. Having a person with no public relations skills isn't helping them either. They use to be so much better.
Tonight I had a birthday party at Monicals in Mt. Zion.The staff was amazing and kind. Especially, Zach, the manger. He was very accommodating & hospitable.He went above and beyond to make my sons birthday party perfect. Kudos to you Zach! I will def be back because of him. #RockStarStatus???
Holy cow has this place declined rapidly.Last night we were unfortunately treated to horriable service by our waitress who was moving at the speed of cold molasses in December on the equator.Then, after we finally got our pizza, it was stone cold. We didn’t want to complain, but we couldn’t eat stone cold pizza. They made a new one that came out with the incorrect toppings and burnt.Sad to see such a once great restaurant decline to staff who just don’t give a care in the world.
Service is super slow! Have no energetic employees. The assistant Manager is standing around with her back towards the customers, all Dining room tables are sitting with dishes on them. Cooks coming out to dining room chitchatting with seems to be someone they know or works here. Horrible place- won’t be back.
Waited about 20 minutes after beating seated to even have our drink order taken. Then proceeded to wait another 15 to get the drinks. Ordered the food and drinks at the same time cause we weren't sure when the next time we would see our waitress. After waiting for at least 40 minutes after ordering we were told that they had burnt our food and we had to wait even longer. So we waited and get our food and it was cold! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. It use to be far better a few years ago!!!
They were so worried about closing that they only made 1 of my 2 pizzas. Even though I waited over 15 minutes and they still didn’t even have it in the oven. This location always seems to have issues. Got there at Ordered online and then got there at .7:15 and they didn’t close until 8. Left at 7:35 with only 1 pizza. Six people were standing around with most just talking. I got a “we can rush your second pizza” and barely an apology.
Called in order 2 hours before pick up. Not even ready when we got there . I still love the pizza ? Soni can not complain to much
Good pizza I like this place I was gonna get a job but I got one some other place
