They were very helpful. And courteous.
Food was done quickly and correctly. With friendly staff. There's a play place for the kids too. What more could you want?
Went at 10:55am to order lunch and the wouldn’t even let us order because it was still breakfast time it was 5 minute difference!! We got there 10: 50 am before another and we could order lunch before what is the difference this time?!
Very upsetting. Went through the drive thru on 5/18/22 @ 8:54 p.m. in Forsyth, IL #5617. Got my drink then was sent to space #5 waiting on my 2-Quarter Pounder w Cheese while 10 other vehicles behind me got their food and left! I then had to get out of my car, go into the restaurant ? and raised concern with the manager on staff. He proceeded to inform me the griddle staff were bombarded and backlogged. I waited an additional 15 minutes ? and finally got my food at 9:45 p.m. I was infuriated! There was no justifiable reason for such poor service!!!!! I'm done!

I just had the best McDonald's ever! I ordered the Quarter Pounder and Filet O Fish. It was so fresh and delicious I could've ate 2 more!
Was super fast but had to ask for our daughters extra fry for her happy meal and the younger kids seem so unhappy to be there
Mt. Zion McDonald's has nice people. I don't mind going through drive thru here, after shopping.
They have never correctly completed an order. And every time I think they couldn’t possibly mess it up and don’t check the bag, we end up missing entire orders.
