Staff was rude. I was only one in line, waiting to give my order & 2 other cars pulled in the 2nd drive-thru & they took their orders 1st. I said "Hello" & was told "can you just wait a minute" it took us over a half hr. to get our order in. After we placed order we had to pull up & wait another 15 min. Drive-thru was littered with trash. I take my kids there all the time but I think we will choose different places now. I've never seen such a trash filled drive-thru & if it's like that outside, what's it like inside in their Kitchen where they handle all the food!?! The owners need to go there & Surprise visit them & then Retrain the staff. I should've left when I was told to wait so rudely. I won't be back.
Got my order wrong twice in row and it was a simple spicy crispy chicken sandwich
This McDonald's has made a complete turn around. My order was correct. The food was excellent (The fries are great because the fryer grease is getting changed out) The service has improved dramatically. It's also open 24 hours. I've driven across town for late night Big Mac attacks ?....
My husband just stood in line for 5 minutes with no one in front of him. He was the only one in line and the cashier refused to even acknowledge him. She was too busy talking to her coworker. He even had his wallet out with cash ready to order and pay. ZERO acknowledgment. Where the hell has customer service gone? There’s a reason why this place has such a low score
Not reviewing the food, because I feel like it's about the same every McDonald's you go to but the service and the overall store.It's okay, the staff needs a little work but really I don't blame them, corp. has screwed that up for the employees but overall it has gotten a little better over the years.Store front area seems a lot cleaner then the years past, I feel like the last major remodel helped control the out of control mess they use to have in that store.
I ordered $40 worth of food. My burger was made very sloppy and there was an absurd amount of mayo. Cheese was found on my burger also which I specifically asked for a hamburger with ketchup only. I am allergic to cheese which I said to the employee. The employee heard me, I made sure of it. This mistake has happened one to many for me not to leave a review of my experience.
Team is quick yeh but mangers are always on their phones either I'm missing food or something is wrong very unprofessional
Food was good. Drive thru was very slow, they took so long that I actually turned my car off
Umm ...Why is the chocolate shake white ? I wanted to send it back so they could add chocolate, but the window woman said, "No, it's weird like that, it is chocolate , it just comes out white" .. ? I'm pretty sure this doesn't even almost make sense. Also, it tasted exactly like vanilla ! ?
The food was amazing, I only pre-ordered, so they had mishaps occasionally, but they never were upset or had an atitude, so I'd say they're doing a great job, definitely deserve a raise!
