If you're craving really good Mexican food and margaritas... skip this establishment. Food is overly salty and not good. The fajita quesadilla is just a half folded tortilla with gross chicken crumbles. They only do guacamole paste... not fresh anything. If you want a margarita, no matter how you order it... it's just the cheap mix, with no alcohol, that your server has to make for you. We were not given a discount on anything and left with full gross plates of food on the table and were charged $47. We will not return to this place ever again.

We used to love this place when we first moved here a year ago! It's completely gone down hill. The last several times we have been there our orders have been totally wrong & service was poor. The last time we went I ordered a Fajita Quesadilla and got a chicken & cheese quesadilla. When we asked the server he explained that's how it's made now. I'm not sure how you can call it a fajita without ANY veggies. Just all around poor. Not to mention my husband was charged for a Monster Margarita ($13.99) without ever being asked what size he wanted! Unfortunately we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We stood at the front door for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come, had to walk back to the kitchen to ask for our to go order. All the while there was 4 other families waiting to be seated. All of the food we ordered was either wrong or cold when we got home, and when we called the young girl on the phone was defensive and did not care about customer service.

I'm a fan! They're super friendly, nice staff. Good food ?

We had a wonderful meal.

It's just ok. As someone that doesn't like cilantro, they really need to state on the menu that a item uses Salsa Verde (not mild salsa) because needs to be helpful in descriptions. Service was good, can't blame the waiter because how was he to know.

The food was fresh and hot when served. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant despite clearly being busy.

Service was good. Food has been improving over the last few months and adding more fresh items. Its great to see a restaurant grow and succeed

I am accustomed to eating authentic Mexican food. I am from northern Illinois and thoroughly enjoy the real deal, including tacos, tamales, etc. The food at Guadalajara was ok but not what I'm used to eating.

OK today was my 1st day of ordering something at the South shore's restaurant. Oh my God it was so good the best one I have found anywhere indicator or around Mexican restaurant. The customer service was outstanding of course there's always room for just a hair improvement peryour improvement. Don't put my quesadilla on top of refried beans it made it very very soggy but overall I will eat there again.....
