The gentleman was very patient with me as I've never been to this establishment. Great place. Great food.
Love the pizza!The problem is the attitude on the phone. I mean rude was an understatement.Hold on, it gets worse. We give it a try again a couple months later and again it's the same thing! Screw it right!But not me.....lol.I really needed to confirm my doubt. We call again almost a year later and I ask, what time do you close? The response was honestly so shocking that I can hardly explain....I then ask if they use any delivery service, to which he replied, no and we never have. I am still shocked at how rude this gentleman was.Unfortunately I have to get really upset or offended to sit down and write a review like this. You can relate....right?So with all that said, I love the food! But now because of the customer service we will always choose elsewhere.Shame on you!

We ate here for the first time a few days ago. Called in the order, picked up in 15 minutes. The pizza was excellent, the order was accurate, and the service was super friendly. Would absolutely eat here again!

Walked in with a group of 8, the 2 staff behind the counter were immediately stressed. Informed is that with such a big order it would take awhile and they would have to stop if more orders came in. We ordered two 1 topping pizzas, 16 bread sticks, and 2 pitchers. Employee taking order was rude and let his aggravation show as he had to refill ice machine to get us our drinks. Brought out dirty plates for us. When returning them to counter, he argued that they were just stained and that he had no other plates. Then huffed and puffed as he ripped two Togo boxes in half and said we would just have to use these.I love the Champaign locations, but the staff here made it completely unenjoyable.Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Cleanliness ⭐Staff ⭐

Always love stopping for a Gutbuster with my family. Got hooked on Gutbusters back at U of I Champaign when my brother was there in late 70's. I attended early 80's and it was still good. Now my daughter attends Millikin in Decatur and I still get to stop by and get a slice. My oldest daughter went to IWU in Blono but their Garcia's closed. Wah! Long live Ralph & Joe!
Just stopped at the drive thru to get a slice! I haven’t had Garcia’s for 10yrs and it was not a disappointment! Wish now I would of gotten the special 2 slice! Great job guys!
Pizza is fine. Pan pizza ok, not great. But their main problem is telephone orders. I’ve ordered 3 times. First time got the huge deep dish. Next time ordered the medium pan. They baked up an extra large. No big deal just took a half of that. Today they lost the order. You might want to call in the order then call back in 10 minutes and see if they have it baking.So it gets worse. I came in and they didn’t have the order, as above. Then they brought out a pepperoni pizza. That was a different customer’s pizza. He received a thin crust sausage and mushroom. So his order was fixed but I still didn’t have a pizza. Then they realized they cooked the wrong pizza. So now they are trying a third time to get my order correct. I called in the order at 5. It is now 6 PM and I’ve been at the pizzeria for 45 minutes while they keep screwing up.Wasn’t all bad. Gave me a 50% discount when the pizza finally came out.
