Outdoor patio was a great place to get out of the sun. Took our 2 dogs. They enjoyed their dishes of whipped cream while we ate our ice cream.
This location managed to mess up 3 burgers for me all in the same day. Put American cheese on my flame thrower and didn’t put bacon on my bacon cheese burger. I paid for a second bacon cheese burger because I also messed up on it by not telling them what my son wanted on it, but they still managed forget the bacon on the second burger that I paid for. I get mistakes happen but not as many as they make. It’s just pure laziness and not caring about the customers. I look forward to coming back home because I love to eat at Dairy Queen because mine only sells ice cream. But I won’t be visiting this location anymore. I will waste the gas to go to another.
This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever had. I had horrible customer service and there was ZERO accuracy. My sandwich was wrong. We took it up there and they agreed to fix it. Then my fiancé realized his sandwich was incorrect. I took it up there and the girl didn’t even look at my receipt and wouldn’t even give me the time of day. She said “yeah, I know. We will fix it” Then they bring it out and it was my sandwich not his. So I made a THIRD trip up there. At this point I had already put an order in for ice cream. The ladies exact words were “We do not have to give them a 3rd sandwich.” Each time we handed them the receipt and they couldn’t even pause long enough to listen to what we were saying and look at it. Finally they fixed his sandwich. Then we got our ice cream. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and they made it with CHOCOLATE ICECREAM?? Like what!!?? I can’t even make this stuff up. So at this point I said let’s just leave and my one year old son and I waited in the car while my fiancé made the 5th trip up to the counter. All while they were rude, acted annoyed, and half of them were on their phones. Will not be coming back. Extremely disappointed.
Service was very slow in the drive thru. They have raised there prices
The worst Dairy Queen we have been to. Got to the drive-up window and saw our order sitting on the counter for 4-5 minutes before anyone came to the window. The girl didn't say one word to us about our order. She opened the window and barely gave us time to grab the order. We had six different items. No spoons or napkins. We had to get her attention again. She gave us 3 napkins for the 6 people in the car. We couldn't tell what each item was. One item was completely wrong and the another the size was wrong. Ice cream was all over the outside of the cups. Two of them had lids falling off of them. They were half melted. We went inside and the manager took each lid off to figure out which blizzard was what. A new one was made for the wrong order. Several didn't have even half of the usual amount of candy. 3/4 of the cups were ice cream. Very disappointed.
The only reason I’m giving 1 star is for the guy in front doing his job & everyone else’s. He definitely deserves a raise. For the rest it’s a JOKE! I tried to make it easy & came in the lobby bc I had 3 separate orders. We were the only one in line. Our food totaled $45.00. Part of our food was left out. The “manager” looked @ me along with several of the other employees while they were all standing around talking. I waited 30 minutes for our food. & only got it then because I went back up there irritated. (Food was cold by the time we got home to eat) Not once did the manager act like he was concerned with my orders & believe me him & everyone else knew I was over it!! That says alot when a manger could careless about his customers. I’m from Ga. & this time & the last time I came to Illinois to visit this place has been horrible so needless to say I won’t be going back . Hope others have a better experience. It was 6pm tonight when I went so hopefully the day manager is much better!
I just came from dairy queen. I ordered a number 9 double cheese burger with ketchup and mayo and my daughter got a chicken strip kids meal with gravy. I got my receipt and noticed it said hot dog instead of double cheese burger. She said it was fine she that they would know what i wanted. I told the person at the second window of the issue as well. They asked me to pull forward. They also had 5 other cars pull forward and park. When I got me food again I asked if it was a double cheese burger she said it was so I left. I opened it and it was a small single burger... I paid over 18 dollars I wanted a double cheese burger with ketchup and mayo like I ordered. Frustrating experience.
Not impressed with the lady in the drive thru. Was more interested with her cell phone then my order. Extremely slow. Food was good but the lady messed up the order.
I’ve tried several time to give this location a 2nd 3rd even a 8th chance to put out a decent meal it’s never ever right … last time I went my 91 yr old client food was 90% burnt on her cheeseburger (I recived no cheese ) her bun was burnt my bun was so dried out it was like a piece of Melba toast … always either my order is never correct they actually had the nerve to serve me a cold cheeseburger w mustard n onions and when I told them it was cold they microwaved the whole cheese burger and gave it back to me wth … never ever again will I go there again
Ordered a Grillburger combo with no cheese, large order of fries, a cup of ice, and a large Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard with Chocolate syrup. I received my order, but it wasn't accurate. My burger was a mess, cheese was on my burger even though I requested no cheese. I received a small order of fries instead of a large order of fries. There was no drink and no extra cup of ice and there wasn't any Chocolate Syrup added to my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. I was disappointed with the order. Will not accept orders like this at all whether they are made online or in person.
