LOVE the Fish dinners, always a fresh change to burgers at times. Open until 10:00pm , makes for a good late night snack !Always have to wash it down with a caramel cashew sundae !Another great visit 7/2/22Dining inside was great

We received our order quickly, and everything was correct. The lady bringing out the food said she was new, but she did a great job and brought a smile to everyone. One of the better Culver's experiences I've had.
I usually get good service here. I noticed when I got home they gave me the wrong order. I drove back and told the manager Tiffany I had the wrong order. She took my bag went to the back didn’t say anything to me. I waited…. Next thing I know the cashier that just helped other customers in the drive thru picked up my burger open the box and touched my burger with those same gloves she handled money with. The manager was rude showed no empathy, and was very unprofessional. I was very disgusted and asked for a refund.
Delicious, cleanThey did forget about my food and I had to remind them, but once I did it came out in a timely manner.
My experience between the two Culver's here in Decatur this is by far the best one. They are always friendly and the food is always correct and fresh!!
Food is always good but prices are high 12 dollars for a double burger onion rings and small drink?
