Tried delivery through the app 3 times. They failed to deliver the correct food 3 times. Difficult to reach customer support, when you do they are unable or unwilling to help.
Employees are more concerned with talking and making bird noises then they are with listening to what the customer in front of me is asking to have put on her burrito. The employee added things to her food that she didn’t want so she had to remake the whole thing.
The food was made fast to specification and tasted fine. Staff was solicitous but not overly so.
truthfully had the best chipotle experience I had in a minute so the other reviews kinda surprised me…huge portions and the staff was on top of it
Zero stars. I eat here every other day and since last 2 weeks this location is always missing guacamole or sour cream when I use drive trough. Today is the 5th order I get without Guacamole. Tired of it. They seem like not reading orders entirely.
First time there. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dining area uncomfortable and noisy.

Unfortunate that this location requires masks to order. Staff were still friendly and apologetic for the policy. Too bad that they are still dealing with COVID science ignorance. Lost a large group sale today. Encourage them to move beyond the unnecessary fear and virtue signaling.
I went Springfield store about a week ago. Had to call this store to get the boss number cus the mngr on staff literally refused to accommodate me being gluten free..So today here I am and this time it’s online only.. make up my mind!But I was supper happy to seenJordan working in Springfield because he always always makes sure I get what I ask for and how I ask for it!!SHOUT OUT TO.JORDAN ! Your the man!
Very rude and unprofessional workers. Trying to get our order and the drive thru operator decides to snap and sass at us even when the driver was being polite and understanding. Order number L78-XA6. Will take my business elsewhere.
