We waited in line for more than 20 minutes for our food. I know there are staff shortages but this seemed extreme.
Last Friday I went through the drive thru ordered a chicken with cheese an ice tea and 2 kids meals I received a chicken sandwhich no cheese and no ice tea my grandkids were with me so didn't realize the tea was missing I went back today and ordered another chicken sandwhich with cheese I received a chicken sandwhih no cheese on a moldy bun both times I paid for the cheese the moldy bun did it I won't be back
All tables were right down gross and dirty... Garbages running over. All four employees including the mgr. On duty just talking and standings around... Needs new people that want to work. Gross. And food was not fresh and it's was around 2pm... They do not fix food fresh. U get was is left from lunch time
Sandwiches were good, pitiful excuse for onion rings.
I went through the drive thru for my whopper and I must say it was the best whopper I've had in quit a while. Service was quick
No matter were you go burger king can't get an order right . Stop trying to save on oil. the quality of your fry food is suffering for it. Stop hirring people that don't care about others. Cook less more often . How hard is that . I'm pretty sure people would not mind waiting a little longer for great quality food. We get it !! Especially know our world if messed up. Stop it . Burger king If you keep doing this just close ur stores . If you can't find good people don't hire just to fill a spot . We notice . I thought care was the motto
Today, we ordered lunch through the drive-thru during lunch hour. You would think that the food would be hot since lunch had just started...NOPE!! My husband had the new Whopper melt; we had just saw the commercial for it like 30 mins prior, which was our only reason for choosing them. I stated before he even went, "the problem is going to be if the bun is actually ever toasted" and guess what he opened it up and the bun was just and untoasted and white on both sides as it could be. I got the Ch'king mayo, lettuce no pickle. chicken was cold, and topped with 3 thick sliced pickles that made the top of the chicken soggy from the juice. There wasn't mayo but some kind of condiment mimicking 1000 island sauce. Talk about a pregnant woman raging. My son had the kids' meal with Cheeseburger. he was biting and spitting the burger out. The cheese on it looked old and the burger was also cold. he ate the fries that were like warm. We live 5 mins away and no way our food should be the way it was. It's a headache to take it back bc the staff isn't kind about having to replace what they messed up. Now after wasting money, we're looking for more food for lunch.
Had to walk in from the drive thru and get my food one person was working the grill and the menger was telling everyone to handle one order at a time I would give it 0 stars but idk if that's a option 0-5 would not recommend
definitely the worst Burger King I have ever been, I waited for my order for over 20 minutes and then left without it
My meal was discounted a lot. Used App. Had the impossible burger. All plant based. I could have had the Whopper, but am so glad I stayed with veggie burger. You could have fooled me, didn't have the taste of their flame cooked burgers, but could have been a burger to me. Onion rings were very good too. Don't hesitate if you can afford it. It is Large.!
