Breakfast is only thing good there.
Food is generally fast and hot, service is good/adequate, and most other customers are civil to cordial. I'd give it 5 stars for consistently delivering their advertised product. It's fast food people. Don't expect lobster thermidor and vin blanc with three types of forks and a piano playing in the background while a local sculptor is recreating Michelangelo's "David" out of a medium grade marble. It's not that kind of place.Also, they have the best coupons in the fast food business if you like eating here regularly.All innuendo aside its a reliably good place to eat.
Stopped by for a quick stop for food after going thrift store shopping. The food came our super fast and everyone was super friendly.
The chicken nuggets appeared to inside-out, something I don't think is even possible. I was flabbergasted, befuddled, bewildered, muddled, bemused, baffled, flummoxed, perplexed, discombobulated even. Though, I must say the flavors were astounding and me and my boyfriend loved chewing them up together.
Took to long in drive thru. They had a guy pull forward to wait & he waited in the part where nobody get out, it only one lane?. Food was hard. Like it had been sitting or refried ? Ppl working were nice
Today, we ordered lunch through the drive-thru during lunch hour. You would think that the food would be hot since lunch had just started...NOPE!! My husband had the new Whopper melt; we had just saw the commercial for it like 30 mins prior, which was our only reason for choosing them. I stated before he even went, "the problem is going to be if the bun is actually ever toasted" and guess what he opened it up and the bun was just and untoasted and white on both sides as it could be. I got the Ch'king mayo, lettuce no pickle. chicken was cold, and topped with 3 thick sliced pickles that made the top of the chicken soggy from the juice. There wasn't mayo but some kind of condiment mimicking 1000 island sauce. Talk about a pregnant woman raging. My son had the kids' meal with Cheeseburger. he was biting and spitting the burger out. The cheese on it looked old and the burger was also cold. he ate the fries that were like warm. We live 5 mins away and no way our food should be the way it was. It's a headache to take it back bc the staff isn't kind about having to replace what they messed up. Now after wasting money, we're looking for more food for lunch.
We brought in a group of 10 people. They handled the order quickly, accurately and with a smile.
Went and got lunch during breakfast hours today. Fries were cold and soggy after waiting at the double doors for "fresh food" we sent them back in and waited 10 minutes before going in to the restaurant ourselves and getting the fries. We were charged for extra sauce and did not even get the original sauce that came with the menu item we purchased. Employees are rude. The Manager is ok but always resorts to the same thing. You wait all over again while your food is made. IT defeats the purpose of using the drive through. After getting the large fry it was literally not even half full. The girl working needs an attitude check.
