Food and service were great. Looking forward to our return.
Good food. Decent waitress
We have been going into Bob Evans off and on for the past 5 yrs and we really like the food that's why we come back but the service is so terribly bad we recognize the samemanager that has been there for at least a few years and have tried to talk to her about nicely but she just doesn't care they have seated us and forgotten about us more times then I can count we have waited anywhere from 25 min to 45 min before they figured out who our waitress was and if you do get food don't even think they will be back to check on you or refill your drink it just ain't gonna happen I have to say there has been a few very rare occasions when the service was decent we eat out 1 to 2 times a week and cracker barrel gets most of our business even though we wish we could depend on Bob Evans so sad
We waited 10 minutes with no one else in line, waited 40 minutes for our food, got a dish cold and a miss order, and never got the fresh bread that they said would come with the dish. But at least the food was good. Oh and the service was bad.
Great family atmosphere and good food love going here
There are only 4 people working today...cooking, taking orders, bussing and seating. They are rock stars! Absolutely spot on service. Nice to see the dedication in the face of a challenge.
Southwest Avocado Chicken Dinner is my absolute favorite meal! The staff is great, friendly and attentive :)
Traveling and stopped for breakfast with a group of 6. Menu was mouthwatering. Servers were helpful and courteous. Food was delicious and did not leave hungry. The banana nut bread loaf came home with me.
I arrived at this location at 930am. Clearly they see us, a young man come over to greet us, saying can you give us ten minutes for our kichen to catch up?? What?? You can’t seat us? Clearly they are very unorganized, very unstaffed. I get being understaffed and it would take awhile for my food to come to my table. BUT PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO WAIT TO BE SEATED FOR THE KICHEN TO CATCH UP. Your not super busy. There’s plenty of open seating.
Springfield restaurant is way better. Food was luke warm, and the honey chicken was over cooked and dried out, like it had been thawed and refrozen
