I wanted to give you 5 trash cans but its not and option. Our food was cold, when we asked for hot fries they gave us the same ones saying they just came up. To many people not in uniform standing around by the drive up talking about personal things, getting drinks for themselves. They didn't have the NEW STRAWBERRY FROSTY! This is the most GHETTO Wendy's ever. Dave is turning in his darn grave knowing y'all trashing his business. I give y'all 6 month's and you'll be looking for jobs. Horrible food and service!! The person taking our order was nice. Unfortunately she has to work with the rest of the bums. I wouldn't go back to save my soul!!

Don't waste your money here...this place has gone ghetto. My husband and I made our order and was told to pull up and wait so we waited and waited finally an employee not in uniform brought our food.... Only it wasn't ours... And the sandwiches were open in a way in the bag. Husband had to knock on the door to get inside and told them he wanted a refund.. So we got it and left. Will not return!

The service at this location is terrible. There seems to be no order in the kitchen and staff seems genuinely confused on what they are supposed to do. I ordered ahead online so that I could pick up quick, but 40 minutes of waiting prompted me to go inside. No one knew where my order was. After several minutes of searching the order was found. And of course it was wrong. Made it home and found that the apple slices in my daughters kids meal were moldy and starting to ferment. My family and I will not be going back to this location.

HUGE shout-out to the person working the drive thru today! We pulled up and they explained to us in the friendliest, calmest way that they were the only person working service at the moment and that the drive was closed. But they would be "happy to see our faces inside". So my partner parked and went to the door to go inside but that door was locked. So he headed back to our truck. And the employee leans out the drive thru window and yells that the other door is unlocked on the other side. They could have let us leave. It may have been easier for them to just let us leave so that they wouldn't get busy. But they didn't. And they were so nice when my partner made it inside to place our order. That employee deserves all the good things!! Give them a raise! And PTO and their favorite snack foods!!

I get that it was late at night when we got there , we went inside and had to stand and wait, while 3 or4 employees sat at a table talking I'm not sure if they were on break or supposed to be cleaning. We went inside due to drive up being lined up clear to the edge of the drive way. As we were waiting for our food and drinks a guy comes in to order he also had to stand and wait. While we were all standing there one employee goes to are something out to a person waiting in drive through for orders and he tried to say he had been outside waiting for at least an hour. Other than that our food was good

Their frosty machine has been “down” for 3 months. Went thru drive up at 10pm and was told they were closed due to “short staffed “You could see 3 employees inside. 2 on their phones.Today at 11:30 am we went thru drive up and young girl mumbled that they were closed due to “ short staffed” Sounded like she had been sleeping.This used to be a great place, but lately they are rude, lazy and act like customers are an imposition. They don’t give you a receipt even when you ask for one.Might as well close this place.

I ordered a Large double baconator meal which is already expensive and these mf’s had the audacity to put 2oz patties instead of the 4oz patties I paid for. I’m on the clock and already behind so I just had to deal with it but I was ripped off and this is just pure laziness and petty theft.

In november of last year came to this wendys and couldnt take a order. Today though I order through app and pick it up through drive-thru. I went through the drive thru told them my order and pulled to the window got the food, it was wrong. This place needs to focus on customer service and accuracy

When we ordered they told us back our order and it was correct, but when we actually got our sandwiches they were made incorrectly. First time we called we were sent to voice mail and the inbox was full. We tried to go inside but the doors were locked and no sign was present explaining why it was locked. If I could give zero stars I would.

The drive thru wasn't working so I had to go inside to a floor that felt like it was covered in grease all the customers that were in there looked like they were skating on the floor, I ordered one sandwich and waited 15 min, one workers shirt was really greasy and dirty, it was only 9 am, they had a decent attitude but really slow. The floor is just a law suit waiting to happen and not clean.
