They have a real problem with people either picking up the sandwich of others or giving them to the person ahead of me in the drive through. But they remade our meals, so that was good.
absolutely awful employee. I believe her name was Hailey, covered in hair, mask wasn’t on properly, hair drenched in grease, and not wearing gloves!! on top of that she made my 6 in wrong. Been there before and a much slimmer girl with dark long hair was very kind, seemed hygienic, and made an awesome sandwich. The first girl needs fired.
“6 inch bacon egg and cheese no sauce or veggies” only 1 piece of bacon, mayo I think? Uh the sandwich was twisted, and there’s some other meat?
Ordered online to save time on my lunch break. Special instructions were not followed as I asked for it to be heated instead of toasted (sandwich was cold) and was missing 2 of the 3 meats that already come on the sandwich. When I called I was told they could only compensate the mistake if I brought it back up there and they would remake it. Being at work I asked for a partial refund on a gift card or something of that nature and was denied and told again I had to bring the sandwich back! Extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate of peoples time if you are wanting subway for lunch check it before you leave!
My sandwich had old gyro looking meat on it , I ordered a bacon and egg 6 inch with only 2 pieces of bacon
We ordered six footlongs at 6:38 tonight we didn't get our food until 7:18! Every single sandwich is wrong. We are so disappointed. Not to mention one girl did absolutely nothing the whole entire time. One person making all six sandwiches wrapping them and everything while one just stood next to her talking then put them in a bag. I asked her to check the lobby to see if they had the buffalo lays chips and she said they didn't have any but didn't go check.
Very nice service I didn't have to ask over and over for extra toppings they're kindly warm my sandwich for me is a sandwich farm a very plain very clean and respectable business

Service was very very slow. They forgot to give us our chicken that we ordered on the side. There were flies landing on our food, and we asked for a new sandwich. The lady replies back” I’m so sorry ma’am we can’t do anything about the flies. Absolutely terrible service. We were probably there for 30-40 mins for 3 subs. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Two employees one customer ahead of me. Super slow paid attention to everything except the customer seemed to be not focused on her job all over the place. It took 45 minutes to an 1hour to get two foot long subs. To make things worse sub's were wrong bacon put on the wrong sub ask for double the meat didn't get double but I paid for double the meat. I still love Subway and the store I purchased the subs from. Had good service there before just one of those days we all have them.
