The customer service at the drive through is always great! Been a few times and they're always something wrong with my order. I'd call and one of the managers usually take care of it, but other times no one answers the phone. wish it could just be right and fresh the first time..
The fries were cold my burger was not done. It was pink..Danville steak and shake sucks. Don't waste your money
The first EVER bad meal that we had eaten at Steak and Shake. The fries were tasteless, the hamburger buns were old, very dry and actually fell apart while taking a bite, the same with the meat, DRY.

I would give it a 5 star if they would open up there lobby but the drive thru moves very quick and it's good hot food Everytime.
the original steak and shake. in Illinois they are better there. I'll not eat at one if it's not in Illinois ever again!!!
