Ordered chicken strips tonight and found a dead fly in it! Called the store twice and no answer!!!
always dirty, always out of stuff like chicken,honey, biscuits, they don't even sell macaroni and cheese , rude service. 3 foot tall grass.
I'm visiting from out of town. I come up here often. I usually love to go to a Popeyes wherever I go. They typically have great spicy chicken. However, this Popeyes was the single worst Popeyes I've ever been to. I went through drive through. I waited & waited, though no cars were in front of me. Then a young woman came on speaker yelling at me and speaking so fast I had to ask her to slow down and repeat herself. I ordered an eight piece box of spicy chicken. I was told they only had breasts left. I said fine, 8 of those. She charged me extra for 2 of the breasts, I guess because they didn't fit in the box. Then when I got home, I found the breasts were way overcooked, dry and small. Usually, I get good sized & juicy chicken breasts from Popeyes, but not here. I will not go here again unless they make drastic changes in personnel & food quality.
Someone needs to retrain the girl at the drive-thru who worked on Saturday night, April 2, 2022! She has ZERO manners & ZERO customer service skills!! We also waited 15 minutes for our short order of food, nobody in front of us, just for the order to be wrong!! 2 cars behind us got their food while we just sat there getting hangry! Pay attention!! It was only a spicy chicken sandwich and a 3 piece meal!!
This location specifically is always out of something. Every single time I've gone there it's either out of sweet tea, chicken nuggets, Cajun fries, ranch, and/or tenders. It's always at least one thing or a combination of multiple items. When they actually have the food in stock and cooked fresh it's decent food. I personally keep going back only because it is good food otherwise the experience is definitely not worth it.
I came through drive thru this evening and I had to wait to place my order, mind you no other cars in drive thru or anyone inside the store. Placed my order and drove up. Once I paid I was told to move forward (without food) and stay out of the view of the cameras. Waited... another car pulled up behind and I was told to park in front that my food would be brought out to me. Waited some more. Continued to wait. Again I want to emphasize NO OTHER CUSTOMERw were inside or ahead of me. Finally my food was brought out to me come home to enjoy my meal it was the driest I've ever seen or had. Chicken breast was basically desiccated. Never again will I visit this location.
The food is good but I went to order inside because the drive thru was packed. There was two people working. The guy cooking had gloves on the lady had no gloves. She was doing the drive thru and front counter. She was making sandwiches grabbing chicken without gloves plus handling the money without washing her hands Not to mention no mask. I left I did not order. 99% of the time the say they don't have chicken sandwiches biscuits and other items. I don't know if all Popeyes are like this but I know this one can do better.
Dirty, Slow, Rude workers, really don’t see how they are still open
They are awful, every now and again I go back hoping it was just the shift or that crew, it"s not. They never get my order right, yesterday there was no one else at the restaurant and they rushed me through, got my order wrong and for the 4th time, I was charged for items I didn't receive. If you call them on it they offer you a credit. Every time I've tried to redeem one; I'm told there's no such thing!!!
We get Popeyes pretty much every time we see one, because we don't have one in our area (so we've had it all over), whoever was working Sunday November 21st at lunch time in the Danville Ill store nailed it! Best Popeyes we've ever had! Great friendly service too!! My only fear is that now no other Popeyes will stack up. They deserve a raise and all the overtime they want!
