can't get orders rite and the manager was walking around on the phone and ignoring me. The wetzel family need to make sure there businesses are being run properly
Terrible attitudes. Long drive thru wait. Honesty it’s expensive for the service and food (all McDonald’s) and I just don’t enjoy it. My kids always want it because they are kids and don’t know a bad company from a good one.
Not the friendliest employees. The large woman that took my order seemed to be inconvenienced to do her job.
wrapped around the entire building due to "pull forward" 11 min... still havent budged. 5th car back when we pulled up. still 5 cars back.

Went to the double drive-up and was on the left side. The employee said they would be with me in a moment. I said ok and waited. Five other customers in the other driveup went in front of me. I asked what was going on into the speaker. No response. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, the car behind me backed out of the driveup and so did I.I went inside and after making my simple order (2 fries, 2 quarter pounders with cheese) I told a manager that there might be something wrong with the driveup. She said, "I'm glad you told me." And walked away. I had also told her how I had waited, asked what was going on, and left the driveup to come inside.No apology, no offer of a discount, no "thank-you" for bringing up the possible issue.It took 15 minutes inside to wait on my to-go order.This is the second time I've had an issue with this McDonald's and they couldn't even apologize either time. Their customer service sucks.I won't be going back.

Love this McDonald’s. Food is always always always fresh and accurate with minimal wait time even when busy. Ricki is also one of the best managers I’ve ever seen! Love her!
Order was on point. Fries were hot. A+
Had to wait forever in the drive thru.. than had me pull around. I never say anything cause I know it gets busy and sometimes they have to make fresh food. But I waited for 30 min the brought the food out and it was cold everything was cold!
