Food was good. Line in the drive thru was long.

Usually have a fairly good experience there but customer service is lacking used to be real good 10 fifteen years ago could not walk through an aisle without a worker asking if you needed something or talkin to you doesn't happen anymore

I ordered 2 Mcdoubles only ketchup and onion and I got 2 McDonalds with extra onions and pickles. The ticket said only ketchup and onion so either y'all weren't paying attention or someone can't read. Always a disappointment when I go to McDonald's. On top of that they didn't have Dr pepper for at least three days prior.

Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for a drink and 2 sandwiches. Lady cleared the screen so we got handed 2 cold sandwiches and almost didn't get our drink. Everyone I know has issues with Bowman McDonald's. NOT WORTH IT. I don't even wanna give 1 star.

I came to the drive thru about 15 min before they closed on a Monday night and the arches were. Lit. No one responds at the menu where you place your order. So I pull up at the next window and finally get someone's attention which I believe it was a manager. He goes on to tell me that the systems were pulled early. I worked at McDonald's about 12 to 13 years of my life closing being a manager different various things. Never once in my life were systems pulled before close. it's a load of *********. I Actually drove like 10 minutes to get there on time and wasn't able to get any food because he decided to close at least 15 minutes early because the "systems were pulled". Not very happy about the situation upset me dearly and I am not happy.

We spent nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru to get food for 4 people. Had to explain our order at the speaker several times, only to have to explain it again to the same employee at the pay window. No special orders were involved. After all of that, the order was still wrong.We rejoined the line to get it corrected. They told us to pull ahead to the pickup window, so we pulled up. That is when the employee yelled at us for pulling ahead in line.Incidents like this are why we avoid that location if at all possible.

They should listen to the customer more also not have any attitude with people and always hang out the wrong order ? and long waits

They were slow today it took me 15mins to get up drive up to order and another 15mins to get my food found out only 4 people working today.

Wait 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker to call into the facility to see if it's working. They finally take my order and pull forward to tell me they're only accepting cash after seeing my card. You would think they'd warn you out have a note up instead of wasting your time.

Knowing that this establishment is short staffed, I still have to leave a 1-star review for the following reasons:1) Stood in line for 12 minuets just to place my order.2) Heard employees shouting at each other in the back, even an employee yelling at the other employees to "stop fighting".3) When ordering my food, I tried to use my card, and the cashier just stood there, then told me that the card reader hasn't worked for over two weeks. I asked her if she could run my card with my order at the other register and she told me no and continued to stare at me, even though I gave her a solution to a problem. Also, there was no signage stating that the card reader was inoperable in the establishment or on any of the entrances/exits.4)No apology was administered (not that I expected one due to her lack of concern) from the employee, as she continued to stare at me aimlessly.
