They said “No left turn out of the exit.” That’s the turn to go back to town. Done it safely a hundred times. Otherwise have to turn right and turn around, with no easy place to do it. They said it causes a backup on the drive thru. Sorry, then you need to get McDonalds engineers out there to rectify it, not make bogus traffic rules. Until they change this policy, I will not be dining there.
Opens at 5:30 every day but they don’t answer anybody until 6 AM it’s every morning and it’s very annoying people have to go to work I don’t understand why the lady at McDonald’s is so rude.. It’s not just one morning at every morning I come to this McDonald’s when is supposed to be open at 5:30 AM they ignore you shut the phones off and don’t care basically waved at you at the window and tells you to F off
We ordered two drinks at the drive thru. We were told the correct total. When we pulled up to pay our order was more than $6 more than quoted price. My son told the girl at the window three times we ordered only 2 drinks. She kept insisting we ordered all this other food. Finally Miss Attitude charged us for two drinks and slammed the window in my son's face. Zero stars for customer service!
I really want to give you guys more stars, but there is ALWAYS an issue whenever we visit any McDonald's in this area. And we don't even have special orders. Just regular menu items. Just gotta step the game up a little bit.
They actually got my order right and quick for being busy. Just disappointed in not getting the sauce for my daughters nuggets after they asked me if I wanted sauce but I'm not going to complain.

Was ordering lunch just now and saw an employee come in and immediately their manager started talking down to them and being very rude. That’s not how you get employees to care about their job. Also heard something about clocking out and staying at the McDonald’s. You definitely can’t make someone stay off the clock.Food was okay.

The McDonald’s on bowman is TRASH ! Y’all need to either train them kids better or stop hiring them. Literally y’all can’t get simple orders right , they have crappy attitudes it’s all around not great customer service. McDonald’s on Gilbert street is great ! Never have an issue .
Wife went to get breakfast this morning. Waited 20 minutes. Did not get hot cakes. Sweet tea was unsweet tea. All food was cold. Called manager. Her excuse was they are short handed. Owners of this place need to look at managers.
