I've never had issues with j.j. before last night. Friends came over with sandwiches, having ordered a #1,7 and 6. #'s 1 & 7 were fine. My #6 vegetarian had NO veggies but plenty of mayo, cheese and avocado spread... disappointing, but the bread was fresh. And the sandwich tasted good, after I added a piece of Christmas ham to it. I hate leaving bad reviews, but wanted you to be aware of the "oops".
This one is cleaner than the other here in town but the sandwiches aren't as good. However, this store is more trustworthy to tell you how fresh the tuna is.
Only restaurant I’ve ever been to that opens their doors at 11 o’clock and has 4 of us walk in all different patrons at 11:05 and we are told by the man behind the counter that they cannot help anybody in the store right now; we will have to come back later. They have too many online orders to get filled and they take priority. Wonderful customer service ha ha! The moral of this review: make sure you order online so they can’t see your face! I guess that’s what customer service means today!
