It is a small bar across from the jail, but also close to the hotels on Lynch Rd. No frills or thrills, but the food was amazing. Just go in and seat yourself. The jumbo shrimp was delicious, but there was hot oil on a few and burned my gums on the first bite. I had the Beauregard Burger and it was amazing. Everything is à la carte. The vodka cranberry carried a punch. Will return as long as I'm stationed out here.
What a surprise, driven passed it for 25 years & never stopped.I've missed out on a dam good burger and a excellent French onion soup. Had the Kong burger, it was spicy, and it warmed the tastebud but no burn. "Perfect"Service was outstanding also. Will be back to try other burgers.
Great food, great service. Good size portions. Only downside is it fills up fast.
My husband and I came here to eat lunch after having a small adventure in Illinois and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was amazing and the bartender was great and super nice! The food was soooo good! We will definitely come back and we will be bringing more people with us because we just absolutely enjoyed it. It was decorated nicely and I have nothing bad to say at all about this place! Highly recommend!!!!
Visited the place for the 1st time. Looking for options in the Danville area which are few and with more of a quiet nightlife. The crowd is friendly and the waitress were as well. A good option for dinner drinks, play pool and spend some ? I'm the slots.
Had a trip with a stop in Danville. Storm night before delayed opening but was taken care of anyway with limited menu. Decided to come back that night after another engagement.The staff, food and service was great. The greeting and other general harassment by the other customers definitely took away from the experience. Being outsiders and needing to remain in an official capacity prevented things from escalating; but they were about to need the guards from across the street.
Fun little local dive bar. Great drinks! Our burgers were a little overdone but otherwise we had a good time. Deona (sp?) was a great server!
We were tired and hungry travelers when we stumbled upon this treasure. We ordered burgers and fries. What we got was so flavorable and, frankly, huge. Too much to eat in one sitting, although we tried. We tried so hard! It was THAT good. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely stop again. If you live in the area and haven't tried it, you simply don't know what you're missing.
