What I liked: The people were friendly. The service was good. The hamburgerr meat was good and made well. The fries were good and there was a good amount of them.What I didn't like: They didn't offer lettuce and/or tomato. The onions were chopped rather than sliced and very little added. The buns were flimsy and fell apart while eating. They didn't follow directions well when I asked for condiments on both buns.It was a difficult rating to choose 3 vs 4, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were nice people and the meat was good even though I would have preferred a few things being differently...
I have always enjoyed eating at this establishment and up until now have always thought they had great food and a clean restaurant. Evidently their standards have changed since both my husband and I were sick after eating here today. I very seldom get sick off of food, so not sure what the problem was but, I do know that my hamburger was not hot and made fresh like usual. The only other item we had was fries. Not sure I would ever return after this experience.
First time customer. I was hesitant when first walking in to see all young employees but they seem to be doing their job without hating to be there! I'll not be so quick to judge the next time! Good experience. Haven't eaten yet but smells awesome
First time been bereSo decided to get double cheese burger. When it comes, the size of the fries was amazing. Its the biggest fries ive ever had whole my life, even we didnt says large or anything, but the size is totally huge. employee are very friendly and welcome, and the price is very affordable. The patty is tinder also. Very reccomended and definately would coming back !!
Finally had a chance to try Gross' Burgers ?? Delicious! The prices were so affordable I assumed the portions would be small - nope! I wasn't sure which burger to order, so I ordered both because it was so inexpensive. Highly recommended ??
Possibly the best hamburgers in the world. The prices are extremely fair and the portions are large. I recommend the mozzarella burger. The fries are also awesome with some sort of lightly garlic salting. I love Gross Burger.
3 weeks ago we gave them a chance to redeem themselves. Still no adult supervision, it shows. They said no shakes and the burgers were so dry they fell apart. The mozzarella burger has always been a juicy burger but no more!
I've always LOVED Grossburgers from back when Mike first opened it and ran it all by himself basically.... So I'm talking about 20+ years of enjoying the food and service as well. I hate to give this review because I've got to be honest..... I went there with my friend last week and while we were waiting for the time to pick our order up at the drive thru we we're saying to each other how we couldn't wait to get our food because we both knew that no matter what we order this restaurant always was top of the line with their quality, freshness, and customer service and not many restaurants around this area could compare with Grossburgers. Sadly when we received our order we waited til we got home to eat, appx 8 miles away ( again no biggie because their food is always made to order and served hot of the griddle so it would still be great). However the first thing we both reached for was the famous garlic fries and after sticking a few in our mouth we BOTH immediately said "what the heck? Oh my God they've changed the FRIES!" They were 100% noticably different than the ones we had grown to know and love, and we're a thinner stringier type of cut, soggy and greasy! HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT from an establishment that neither one of us ever expected to lack in their quality. If Mike Gross sees this review just know that if it's not broke don't fix it! Please get the brand of fries that's been sold for 20+ years back to the menu! The expectations were so high that the DISSAPOINTMENT seemed tremendous. Sorry so long, just had to get it off my chest.
Just had a really awesome triple cheeseburger, and it came with plenty of fries that were really good. I rarely get too full to finish but the load of fries really helped me get to that point. Great job!
Best fries and so many. Pizza burger was not like from my elementary school days but it was gobble up worthy. Friendly staff!
