Dominoes app and website were down. Had to call and place order. Store refused to match the online promo price. Automated system said 20-30 min wait, turned into an hour. Manager was rude to me and very aggressive towards employees. Employees were working hard, being nice, and trying; she was standing back, yelling, and not helping. Find new leadership, she's not it!
Ordered from them multiple times, first time a young teen didn’t even come knock on the door or bother get out of the car while i was on the site tracker.. he put my order down as delivered and drove past my house.. I called them about there lateness and how the kids service was extremely uncalled for.. next three times it took almost 2.30 hours just to get 2 pizzas. This place is unprofessional in my opinion.
So I put in an order for delivery at Domino's Pizza in Danville, IL had a estimated wait time of 65min. 90min later, the tracker hasn't updated. So I give them a call they have informed me that they are not making any of the delivery orders at this time and do not know when the eta will be when they will have it ready... so upset that I did not get a courtesy call saying that my food will take long than expected asking if I'd like to wait the additional time or cancel the order and find another option... nor wasn't offered any compensation.. 0/5 for this transaction.
Even though we had a issue with our order the staff took very good care of us a #1 service
Ordered the pasta primavera with two orders of the bacon tomato chicken and spinach feta bread as well as the crunchy molten lava cakes which were supposed to have a light dusting of powdered sugar however upon tasting it they clearly had parmesan cheese on them, also took them over an hour to get the order to us and when called to check on the order was told they were back logged 32 orders and there was an issue at the oven. Totally disappointed
Ordered the ExtravaganZZa pizza to be delivered and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to come, which i can tolerate. But it was so cold i had to heat it up so i could eat it. Also, there was alot of pieces with no toppings on them at all, other pieces the toppings was really scarce, not like the pitcure shows. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.
friendly staff. good pizza. sucks sauces were 79cents extra. i used a coupon but come on how am i supose to eat my gralic knots without sauce and do you think one is enough...absolutely not lol.
I like Dominoes in Danville a lot I live very close to it and and it's convenient since I don't have a car food is always good
window pick-up. very friendly and delicious.
