Most worst service ever I go in said it would be for here .. person leaning on the register said to me ..well I'm here I don't know what you want??!! Really?? Then manager says he has never been up front ?!! Ok...and ...then manager says sometimes she can't control her employees ??!!REALLY??! THEN SHE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER!! WILL NEVER BE BACK !!!!Honestly not even worth 1 star
The day shift needs to get it together. I’ve waited 5 mins to get my order taken, then had to wait about 5 to 10 more mins on the food! When we do get our food its always cold.
This place is Awful! First of all, you'll have to wait at least 3-5 minutes before they'll take your order. EVERYTIME we've ordered 2 chic-kings and of course, EVERYTIME they only have one. ?Last night they waited until I got to the window to tell me they didn't have an impossible whopper. ? You'll never get your correct order, there is always missing fries or missing sandwich and the female manager is ALWAYS mad. SO, if you're looking for bad food and verbal abuse, BK North is where it's at!
The service was slow, I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my found. Then the cashier was rude.
everytime i go to the bk closest to my house i have to wait for over 30 minutes! EVERYTIME! even when im the only one in line i wait for over 30 minutes! I go in and every employee is on their phone and havin a good time. WTF is going on!
I stopped there today for lunch with my mother and the manager Mike was fabulous and the rest of the crew as well. Mike interacted with the customers as well as my mother and I. It felt more like I was at a family restaurant and not a fast food joint. I live on the south side of town and there is a Burger King there but I went once and they were rude. And actually thought I’d never step into another BK but I’m glad I did today. I’ll definitely drive the distance to visit Mike and his crew. The chicken garden salad was super fresh too. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating!!!
They sold me a double whopper with raw patties I did not appreciate that
The person who waited on us was awesome. That is a big improvement from the last time we were there.
All the doors were locked at 1pm with no signage and a mile long drive thru line.
Rude !!! The lady at the register for the drive thru just basically said what do you want and then just said the total.. very rude! I don’t know the name of the employee as she was using someone else’s log in for the register as for a guys name is on the receipt! Being polite can go along ways because you never know what kind of day the customer is having ! I will not return to this Burger King
