About a month ago, the drive through wait was so long people pulled away before getting it. Then she could not hear us well, and I kept having to ask if she heard my order. I had simply asked for some extra items on the burger. I got thr worst bun ever. It was clearly very old. And dry. And the top was not even in one piece, it was in 3 pieces. Not a satisfying meal.?
Had to increase this location to 2 stars because I got my drive thru order in less than 20 minutes this time. What amazes me is the amount of money that has to be getting lost by all the people driving up and ordering only to pull out and leave because the wait is so long.
everytime i go to the bk closest to my house i have to wait for over 30 minutes! EVERYTIME! even when im the only one in line i wait for over 30 minutes! I go in and every employee is on their phone and havin a good time. WTF is going on!
Management is a joke and needs to be replaced. She's as lazy as the workers she hires. On numerous occasions I have went inside, only for employees to be sleeping in the lobby, talking on the phone in the back or just plain goofing off. All the while, customers are waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes for my order. It took over 5 minutes before I even saw an employee, while I sat there staring at my online order on the screen that should have been already done and ready for pick up. It then took another 10 minutes to get an employee to make the order. The drive thru was dead and I was the only customer inside. This place and their employees need reevaluated.
I just went to the Drive-Thru and I waited. Waited and waited. No one answered the intercom to take my order. There was a line of cars behind me.The same thing happened yesterday. Yesterday was there truck delivery and there was clearly someone inside. Seems like she did not want to take orders.This has happened several times over the last few weeks. Out of 7 times going there between 6am and 7am. I got my order twice. And the two times I had to wait for the person to see me and make myself so anoying that she had no choose but to take my order or go crazy.
Good place but need more modavation
Went through the drive-through to order a quick lunch. As I pulled up to the speaker to order, someone spoke through the (broken) speaker. I could barely hear them and it kept making a clicking noise. As I tried to order twice, the employee, still having the speaker on, I can (barely) hear her screaming at the other employees, cursing and yelling "can i take your order" (as mentioned, I tried to 2x already.) I said it once more and she said something back, while seeing *not my order on the screen*. I just pulled my car forward seemingly knowing that this was getting nowhere, and I would just tell her at the window. As I pulled my car forward, I heard her screaming through the speaker again....At this point, I didn't want to deal with her or any of the other employees that she seems to be screaming at, so I left the line....she wasn't able to take my order anyways. Waste of time.
I had to be pulled for fresh chicken to come up.... but worth it!! Delicious, fresh, and even though I was pulled forward, I didn't wait long. I have never had a problem coming here.
I'll give a star bc we didn't wait long for food, but employees were extremely rude! Never going to this location again.
Great service! Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Spotless restrooms. Good food served hot.
