Very horrible experience! Location is very unclean and service is Horrendous! I’m from out of town visiting and me and my fiancé stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings for dine in and ordered our food just for his food to come out in 10 to 15 minutes and mine literally 30 minutes later!!! There was only three groups of people sitting in the whole facility including myself so there was no reason for me not to be able to dine with my fiancé! I calmly asked for managment and a guy by the name Lamar came out to just brush the issue off! I no longer cared to eat the food and the chicken I ordered looked overly dry even if I did. He provided no resolve or apology to the situation and had a rude I don’t care demeanor. There was a lot of horseplay you can see and hear from the cooking area and even one the workers stopped at our table to complain about the horse-playing in the back and expressed her readiness to punch out! I feel that no one should have to pay for a dining experience like that!
Their wings are wonderful boneless & bone in but honey BBQ are the only "mild" it would be nice if there was more of a variety of mild wet & dry sauces, In that case I would definitely give them all 5 stars...and their specials on Tuesdays & Thursdays are a big hit. The atmosphere is good, I myself love the hand held games! Trivia is the best
This was the first time I had been there in probably over a year. The initial getting was unfriendly and almost as if we were annoying them. But our waitress was phenomenal. I only wish I had gotten her name to be able to share it here. She took excellent care of us, and we never waited longer than expected for anything.
Food was cold and they were out of French fries & onion rings. Service was very slow.
An hour wait, cold wings, the cheese on the fries is hard and cold. Nobody did anything about the poor person getting sick at the table near us until I went to find someone! Multiple employees walked by and some even made faces. Nobody offered to move us or even said sorry! When I pointed all this out to the manager Gary he took $15 off an $95 bill and didn't even come back to the table!!! When I ask again to see him he was surprised I thought that was ridiculous and was extremely rude. He said his GM told him not to give us anything and I should be happy with $15!! The GM tried to tell me I needed to learn compassion (like your staff/management ignoring the sick girl). The food was cold and hard, this is not about compassion. I though the kitchen was busy and was being compassionate about the hour wait. Clearly the kitchen is not too busy if the food can sit long enough for the cheese to get hard. Never again!

They will not match the listed prices online and service seems very slow, which is odd for the low number of people in the restaurant at the time. The food came out over 90 minutes from ordering and cold. The manager came out and spoke to us just as the cold food arrived and wasn't of much help. This is just ridiculous. Will not be bad and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The waiting staff seems laid back and not overly busy so that doesn't seem to be the issue at the moment.Update. So they brought back our wings that we said was cold. And they were warm but it was very clear they were all microwaved... Especially because I had 1 wing I cut in half and it was still on the tray when it came back. So much for the fresh crisp wings.
Awful... My friend's first drink order was Pepsi, they brought it to her, it was just carbonated water...ok, no big deal, that happens. They tell her that's the only Pepsi they have, so they ask if she wants something else. She orders Diet Pepsi, no problem, only later they bring her a refill of perfectly good Pesi?! ... ok, on to the appetizer...we ordered 10 boneless wings, 5 teriyaki, 5 orange chicken... they come out, orange chicken ones are fine, teriyaki ones are ICE cold, dang near frozen temperature! We tell the server, a couple of eye rolls later she takes them back to get remade.... on to our food... we both ordered All American burgers, I got fries, she got tater wedges.... her burger that she ordered with mayo, lettuce, tomatoe comes out with mustard, onion, pickles, my fries are cold and old enough that they almost hurt my teeth to chew them. She tells the server, so she takes the burger back to have it remade, it comes back out, with pickles on it!!! I don't say a word about my fries at this point, really, what's the point? Still trying to make this experience positive, I order a piece of chocolate cake....nope, they are out of chocolate cake!!!
Worst service ever. Waited 1 1/2 hours, and never did get our food. All they told us was it was about ready. We saw people come in, get their food and leave. Finally left and went to another restaurant. When we arrived they were not busy at all. I will never go back.
3rd time it was like this definitely not coming back. Waited 2 hours for food. Food came out look warm. Ate my whole meal without a drink. Way too expensive for the quality of food and service. This place has really went down hill over the years. 0 stars if I could.
