Was clean, friendly staff, but my fries were slightly burnt and chicken sandwich was dry

Hit the spot but always forget my cup of cheese...
Got my food during a long road trip we parked in thier lot after getting our food from the drive thru. Opened my roast beef sandwich and it was ready cold. Sad thing was it was 63° outside so it wasn't the cold temps from winter causing this! My driver however said the chicken he got was very good.
Great food. The dining room has this late 80s vibe, which is kinda cool!

Went through the drive-thru ordered two chicken sandwich meals first off we had to wait on the chicken which really wasn't a problem but it was more like little skinny chicken strip that didn't even cover the bun we ordered two cheese on the side and didn't even get them so I'm really upset about our experience there
Now I might sound like a Karen and I usually try not to leave bad reviews on restaurants but this is an exception. Went through the drive thru to get lunch and had an employee tell their GM that I flipped them off, which didn't happen. My fiance was reprimanded by said GM and asked not to come back. What reason would a person have to randomly flip off a complete stranger dealing with their food? I don't like being lied on by anyone. This person could have spit in my food or something worse. I refuse to return to this location because of this ridiculous altercation. Be careful when going through their drive thru. You may be the next "flip off" victim.
