Hot fries? Nope. Burger was cold and sloppy. Nuggets were dry. Do better, Wendy's.

This is the 30-minute drive through Wendy's. It's staffed by the laziest 12 year olds and managed by a 18 year old who's trying to get the kids to do any work whatsoever but they're not budging. I recommend going to any other Wendy's anywhere else in the world instead

Was served by maya and julian, was the best! Had everything I wanted and was super fast. Great staff, always attentive and friendly :) always come here when feeding for a snack

The girl at the drive thro window with pony tale at 5:15pm Thursday 5/19 was so rude I can’t believe how rude she was. Makes whole store look bad.

The employee taking orders in the drive through was either really high or really that slow. But by the look of him at the window...he was high. Like very obviously high.

I don't know what the deal is with this place now but it was the worst customer service and food quality I have ever experienced. The girl at the first window was very rude and the all of the food was cold, the beet was dry, and it was very sloppy. On top of it, no receipt(I wonder why?). You guys really need to shape yourselves up. I don't know if I should be concerned about food safety at this point. If it gets worse, I will go even further to report what is going on.

Wendy’s. Crystal Lake Illinois. DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!!! I went there this evening to go into the lobby to place an order. The signs on all the doors said Open Unil 10pm Nightly. All of the doors were locked. There were 2 people in the lobby sitting at tables. Went to the other side of the building and had the same situation. The drive thru was very busy. I banged on the door so I could go in and place my order. One person sitting at a table came over. First off he was an employee and smokes inside the store. Totally illegal. He blew smoke in my face. Rude!! He argued with me about lobby closed for some reason. Changed his story twice. He asked if I wanted the manager I said yes. He continued to argue with me. Asked a second time if I wanted the manager. Again I said yes. She finally came to the door with a very nasty attitude. “The lobby is closed. Use the drive thru”. I told her about there being no sign saying they were closed. All the info I got from her was the lobby is closed so use the drive thru or go away. UNBELIEVABLE.Then went to Algonquin Wendy’s. The cashier was making mistakes with my order but he was upfront with me and apologized saying it was only his second day on the register. He was wonderful. I understand the newness learning curve. I’ve been there.SO DRIVE RIGHT PAST WENDYS IN CRYSTAL LAKE!!

We had some awesome salads today ! Apple pecan with plenty of apples and chicken! Also the husband had the Southwest chicken salad and said it was delicious !

My family and I came through the drive thru around 5:20 to get dinner. It is now 6:05 and we haven’t even paid yet. The 2 people in front of us have gotten to the window, and they had an average amount of food (nothing to take 10 mins per car.) we love their food but this Wendy’s location has got to be getting slower & slower each time we come. They didn’t even apologize for the wait once we finally got to the window. Then they messed up the order, and didn’t take off the coupon. The lady who took “care” of us was SO rude and wanted to act like she couldn’t be bothered.

The workers stress the customers out by having no clue or directiction as to what they are suppose to be doing. The cashier guy is wearing his mask under his nose need to be more professional and learn how to manage working in a high stress job.
