The drive-thru worker, Justin I believe is his name! I’ve seen him twice now and both times he is so happy and positive, his smile makes me smile! You guys definitely have a keeper of an employee there, don’t lose him! Keep being you Justin!!
Yeah not that great. My uncle took me here to check it out and the lady at the window kept raising her voice at him. He can't hear very well after serving in Vietnam. Then didn't even get the order right after we pulled up to the window and spoke to them directly. I'm not going here ever again. I'd rather have gone to McDonald's next door at this point.
I've been eating Tommy's since the 80s. Great beef sandwiches. I seriously hope the famous hot dog ? specials don't get any smaller though.
I get two slab of ribs today. Was so juicy tasting extremely delicious. Cooked perfectly on my humble opinion. You should try it.You guys know how to made this ribs ,Tommy’s on Crystal Lake. ?
Very dissatisfied with the daily special Chicago style hot dogs , the hot dogs seemed under cooked and had about 5 sports peppers per dog. 2 is fine it gives the right amount of heat but 5? I had sweat coming from behind my ears. The frys where very soggy and hardly had any seasoning.
Amazing beef sandwich. I wish the sweetpeppers we're roasted down a little bit more.
We order from Tommy’s quite often . I should learn from this but they always forget my cups of cheese . All the time and then we even ask about peppers “ are they in the bag” was told yes and get home no where to be found ! Hot dog was cold!I usually do not complain but dam !! How many times does this have to happen. Then I try to call let it ring and ring and no one picks up! Please pay attention to your customers orders and give them what they pay for!!
The food is overpriced and low quality and not very filling.furthermore I came here with my grandfather, he said the fries were too salty, I asked the cashier if we could get fries with less salt for my diabetic grandfather and the cashier just responded with "You don't even know my struggle man! I don't wanna make no new fries man!" So nervously I sat back down and told grandpa i I'm sorry. He bit into another fry, clutched his chest and said he was having a heart attack and the cashier started laughing. After the ambulance camei asked for a refund and was violently assaulted...None of this actually happened, I'm just amusing myself well i wait but the first sentence is 100% true.
I went on Friday 2.25.22I ordered a slice of pizza sausage when I opened box definitely not fresh n warm. I ate it still and let's just say i paid homage to the porcelain God. I saw my doctor who said food poisoning. So i called Saturday noon after my visit to Tommy's i asked for management. I spoke to someone with a very thick accent and he said no one gets sick eating my food and there was nothing he can do to call corporate. So let's not Care about our customers. I usually have never had a issuewith them but when you give terrible quality food like that and have a manager that doesn't care tells you oh my food gets no 1 sick instead of just hearing about what occured this tells me more than I need to know if you have no concerns for customers that means you are just as careless with food
Go to the Tommy's on Route 14, it's way better!!My husband and I love the Sunday Gyros special at Tommy's, we get it quite often. We usually go to the Tommy's on 14 but decided to give this location a try due to the drive thru. The meat on the gyro was burned and had WAY less meat that usual. Also the fries were only half full and r always overflowing from the other Tommy's. My son's burger was good that's why I at least gave them 2 stars. Do yourself a favor and go to the Route 14 location!!!
