Great food and service for decades!
Great food, expansive menu at a reasonable price.
Drinks were okay, nothing amazing, our waitress was really sweet and even though it took forever to get our food...once we did...it was delicious. Prime rib could've used more seasoning or something but still very good. Oh and their popcorn was over salted.
It was excellent. We dined at the Crystal Lake Squire. We are closer to the West Dundee Squire. West Dundee food has been very bad the last 2 times we ate there. We will not go back. The difference between the two are night and day.

Great place for dinner with the family, date night or lunch with the girls. The atmosphere and ambience is cozy. The food and spirits are always a plus-plus. The servers are friendly and catering to needs. Always had a great experience!
food was just ok. lacked flavor. could have been better for the prices. paid extra for sweet potato fries and it was barely a small hand full. the soup was a very small cup.
We had lunch on a Friday, and all of our food dishes were spot on, and delivered to the table at lightening speed. Our server, KRISTA, gets my highest recommendation. She was polite, cheerful, speedy and knew what I wanted before I did! perfect!
The Village Squire has great Greek and American comfort food. The menu has a full selection of entrées, sandwiches, salads and soups. The Prime Rib Grinder and Saganaki are fantastic!And don't forget their Rum Barrels!Great cozy, atmosphere - try and get a seat by the fireplace in winter. Large bar with friendly staff.All in all, a friendly place with warm decor and great food.
Have frequented Village Squire a few times. Recently held a luncheon party. The food selection was great, and received many compliments from guests about it. The server Colleen was fantastic. Price was surprisingly affordable for appetizers, food selection and amount of guests. Would not hesitate to host a function here again. Wife and I returned two nights later for her birthday we were so pleased.
