Love this place. This is our first time in since the remodel and we love the bigger space. And as always, the food was delicious. I’m obsessed with their chicken! And my girlfriend loved their tacos. Highly recommend a margarita too. To top it all off, their staff is the most friendly around. Some people comment on the prices, but if you go to any modern Mexican restaurant, the prices here are cheaper, for a more authentic entree. Give it a try!
Amazingly delicious, authentic Mexican food!!! Warm atmosphere, super friendly staff and fast service. I always judge Mexican restaurants on their rice and beans and these were fantastic, can't say enough good things about this place - our new go-to for sure!
Poor and slow service. +30 minutes for a burrito and some tacos and elotes. And I called ahead. I got some excuse it would be another minute and it took 10 minutes extra. Reason was the corn. I assume my food was not made when I called, but made after I asked about it. The waiter with long hair was not helpful at all.Lost a customer on a simple first timer order. The inside was also empty with only 2 tables occupied. What a joke.

My order was wrong then it took forever just to come back and I ordered it with no jalapeños but there was a jalapeño. We asked for it to be remade. They took it in the back and probably reheated it. But when I got it back again there was a jalapeño seed. Then we asked to take money off our order, they only took $5 off the receipt. My brother asked for his water to be refilled. They refilled it then it had a taste of salt on it like they haven't washed it. Also the server was rude and snotty. This deserves no stars I wish I could give no stars. Never going here again. Don't go here! ?
The best Mexican food in Crystal Lake let alone in McHenry County no place compares the staff rocks!! They're friendly and very polite
I love eating here but it ended up being infrequent because family and friends didn’t want to go due to the cramp interior. BUT with the new remodel we will definitely be able to get friends and family to go with us now. As always great food!
Food was very bland - I got three steak tacos and there was practically no seasoning to them. The salsa tasted like ketchup. The guy who took our order was very nice though and the food came out quickly.
Cold food. Pastor didn't taste good at all. Tamales had no pork in them.
absolutely amazing food and service that was second to none! the flan was SO DELICIOUS!!!! RUN DONT WALK TO THIS RESTAURANT ????
