This is a great Subway. I haven't been in a while because of covid and not being near this store but I was in the area and stopped for 4 subs. They were all made to perfection as usual. Staff are very friendly at all times.
The three stars are for the fact that I like Subway in general. However if Google says you close at 9pm, then close at 9 not 8:50. I don't see other restaurants do that. They're the ones missing out on money.
I would give this location 1 star but I’ll give it 2 because I like subway. Arlene (im assuming the manager because she is there every time I go) is extremely rude. She always seems like it’s an inconvenience every time a customer walks in. Read these reviews, I guarantee they are all about her. Consider getting new management.

Subway in CrystaLake on Route 14 is our favorite Subway location . I always ask to put on extra veggies. I get a 12" sub and took picture of the second half. It's so fresh and they are generous with their veggies. Through the app we get points. Today we got two footlong and also got couple $ off and were able to combine it with their promo. We have been going to them for a few years and switched from another town that they are not as generous with their toppings. Great job on being prompt and following our special requests! We are one of their regulars. Well worth going to this location.
I can't wait for them to get beef again but I think this particular subway is a lot better than the other ones I have been to.

We typically get good service and value at this location. Our most recent visit was no exception. While some other area locations often skimp on the veggies, this one does not. It's not overloaded, but an expectedly appropriate amount.It is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient.This is a go-to location for our family.
