The guy there looked like he hated his life and everyone else’s. Rolled his eyes at us multiple times, and wouldn’t stop giving us dirty looks while we were in there.
Hours say open till 9 but you're closed at 8:30 please update your Hours online and at the store otherwise one of my regular places to eat
Went for lunch, it was alright. Prices are much more expensive than they used to be - but thats inflation right? Price aside, it was not busy at all, one person was working behind the counter, and another looked like they were sleeping in the dining area. The person at the counter was a little hard to understand. I knock off one star because they had a big sign stating they weren't accepting some of their own coupons. While I didn't have a coupon, why would you publish a coupon and not accept it?
One of the few places still offers creamy saracha if you go in store . Probably the only reason I still go to this location. I made a mobile order on the app and I messed up the bread and for them to toast the sandwich so I was promoted to call the restaurant. I called only for the lady working at the time to hang up on me mid conversation telling her about my order . I called again and they refused to answer . I called a few more times and thankfully the owner or manager answered and corrected my order before they made it. I went in and had another sub made since I know some subways don’t post on their app that they have creamy Saracha. Once I started ordering I was given barely any meat and then once it came out the toaster as I asked for my veggies she barely put any lettuce ect of the other topping like she didn’t care what she was doing then after she asked if I wanted peppers I said yes , she proceded to make up the little of the other ingredients by adding a bunch of all the peppers completely ruining the sandwich. Again the only reason I’ll ever come back is because they have creamy saracha but I’ll just have to make sure that person isn’t working when I go because that was just terrible service .
Just had a girl speak on her Bluetooth headphone entire time taking my order. Deliberately took longer to speak on the phone and didn’t speak to me otherwise not even to say goodbye. Extremely rude entire time.
Tasty sandwich. Customer service is adequate but nothing special. Service was as expected around lunch time. Took about 8 minutes in total. Sandwich was 14. A bit pricey compared to alternatives.
If you are going to close before 9pm, please update your hours on Google and turn off delivery/pick up. Waste of time and money.
Long story short if ordering online ALWAYS CHECK the sandwiches before leaving the store! I order from subway alot... Tonight I ordered 2 six inch subs online from subway in Crystal Lake Illinois on Rt 176... went and picked them up... got home and sandwiches had absolutely no meat on them and looked disgusting! Took them back mind you while it was pouring out only to be told there was nothing they could do until the manager came in the next day... to bring them back then... and if I wanted them to make us new ones they would... but we would have to pay for them again tonight!! Wish I could post a picture!!!!Update...Returned To Subway this morning to get this problem resolved... Manager was not there... employee called him/her... Manager advised employees to make new sandwiches... Why couldn't this person just do that last night??? Time to find a new sandwich shop!!!
This place was not fresh.... $9+ for a wrap that I ended up tossing. The staff was very friendly.
Very good spicy Italian Not too many subways have ice cream but thus one does and it's good Jam
