*drive thru is SO much faster, doesn't matter if the line is backed up miles away. Such a bummer its on my way to everything yet they are the slowest in town. The one on rte31 knows what they are doing unlike this lcoation ?
Ordered 2 venti drinks, got to the window paid. Cashier tried to hand us smaller sized drinks which we pointed out that they weren't the size we ordered. Cashier had them remake our drinks to the correct size. While waiting for the correct size he voided our payment then asked for our payment again because it was incorrectly rang up and it was going to be more money. I have no problem paying the correct amount but the attitude with no apology for their mistake wasn't needed. Plus the drinks didn't taste like they normally do. Ended up only drinking maybe a 1/3 of it before tossing it.
