Ordered a pizza. Delivery. It arrived at room temperature. But that wasn't the biggest surprise. It was the cheese. Much lower quality than times before. Ordered from this Rosati's many times with excellent results. I guess they've gone to a cheap Aldi like cheese.
Great food and great customer service! I ordered thru Grubhub and couldn’t add ranch so I ended up calling for some on the side, the lady was very sweet about it and gave me a bag with extra ranch:) The pizza is great as always and the chocolate cake is too!! Fast and speedy delivery too
Horrible. Ordered a pizza a week apart online both times they made the wrong pizza, called and told them that they had made the wrong pizza and had them remake it and send it out. Both times we have waited over an HOUR just for our pizza to be delivered and cold! I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. This is absolutely outrageous. We will never be ordering from here again!
Garbage. I ordered at 5:15pm. The one time I chose delivery (I live 7 mins away & it takes about three turns to get to my home). 6:30 and I call. They call the driver. Verify the address. I wait another 20 mins. Call back, they say driver is close. Driver calls me, verifies address again, says she’s on my street and will be there shortly. 15 mins later. I call the restaurant again. They don’t know what’s going on. At this point it’s been 2 hours. I tell them I’m not paying for my food & they say okay we will cancel. Driver calls me back and says she’s by a restaurant and can’t find my home. I tell her they were supposed to call and cancel my order because I won’t be paying for it if she were to show up. So now it’s 2+ hours & no one offered up any real apologies. Won’t be ordering from here again.
On hold for over 20 minute's only to be hung up on. Called back and on hold again for another 10 min before deciding to spend my money elsewhere.

Quality of service and food seem to have gone down, either missing an item from our order or the pizza had only toppings in the middle. Other than that pretty cool and nice workers. This could also be due to the pandemic and lack of staff.
Our manager surprised us with two pizzas for a work party for delivery. The two delivery drivers were BEYOND rude and unprofessional to myself and one of my coworkers, and the older male driver was incredibly degrading as they gave us our pizzas. It's clear this location doesn't care whatsoever about their customers, you're better off ordering from another location or pizza place altogether.
Well it was delicious like always . And hot right out of the oven.
Horrible service, I will never go here again. This is not pizza, the owners haven't even heard of pizza outside of starting this franchise. Look elsewhere.
