Everyone posting here is exactly right: timely delivery is a MAJOR problem with this Pizza Hut. I ordered pizza for my son's birthday, and I called when it was already an hour late. The person I spoke to said it was GrubHub's fault, even though I had requested that Pizza Hut deliver it. She said numerous times that she wished her driver (a single driver?) were back to do the delivery. What made this all the more infuriating was that they never bothered to call to say the order would be delayed. I canceled the order 3 hours after placing it. (I placed this order 2 hours early to be sure it would arrive on time. So much for planning ahead :/I may order from Pizza Hut again, but NEVER this one!!

I ordered 3 large one topping pizzas and wings. I never got the wings and all 3 pizzas we not cooked threw. NO ONE answers the phone.

Order was delivered almost 2 hours late with no communication from the store. It was shown as out for delivery 10 minutes after the order was placed. By the time it arrived we had already gone out, gotten other food, returned home, eaten, and gone to bed. 0 of 5 stars.

The Supreme pizza was covered in raw vegetables and undercooked meat. Absolutely horrible. Boneless wings were substituted for bone-in without notifying me. Worst pizza ever.

Negative Stars. We ordered our pizza at 5pm it is now 8:20pm and no pizza. Multiple calls to them without an answer. Multiple calls to corporate with hang ups when calling the local store. I was told that corporate could not cancel the order. Extremely frustrating!

Shame on you Pizza Hut! The Crystal Lake location is only open for 5 hours, and there is one, poor employee trying to keep up with orders. We waited. And waited. And waited some more, patiently. We never got our pizzas. We ended leaving after waiting 1/2 hour past our pickup time. I had one crabby husband and two hungry children. I feel bad for the poor employee who has to funnel all the angry customers. She's like Lucille Ball working the line at the chocolate factory. Don't order from this location! Oh, and when you call to place your order you get an out-of-country call center, and it takes just as long to place your order. Horrible!

Your product is delicious and always consistent. Your staff is kind and good natured. My last three orders for pick up I’ve talked to Paula (I think) in Crystal Lake IL and she is awesome. But all three of my last orders I’ve waited almost two hours for my pizza. I get that demand is high and I get that staffing issues are rampant (I work in recruitment) but maybe adjust your technology to accommodate staffing / production issues? Don’t tell me an hour for my pizza and then make me wait another hour in the car in front of the pick up store. I am a fairly consistent customer and I don’t mind the wait but it would be great if the tech could help me plot an appropriate timeframe for pickup.

The pizza was good. But there 1 employee on a Friday night. So instead of the 45 minutes to get my order. It took over 2hrs. I understand it is hard times but 1 staff member come on. I really hope she was getting paid like 4 employees wages.

Normally I don't ever write reviews on places, but oh my god is this place horrible. First of all we placed our order at 6:05 pm, 2 normal pizzas, nothing too big or special. IT TAKES OVER 2 HOURS AND WE STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANYTHING. This place is managed so horrible. They only have 1 person working?? I am in no way blaming the poor worker but Pizza Hut please do better. You're better off getting anything else please don't waste your time here.

Told this dingbat not till put Italian seasoning on my food.. tonight when I picked it up at 5:00 it was on my food.. it is almost 6:00 and I've been calling her about 45 times and she keeps hanging up on me at the Crystal lake store. The dispatch has been trying to call and she won't pick up the phone.. understand if you're busy but it's very unprofessional and I spent $48 on food I'm not eating.
