No lines. Food was hot. Normal prices. Kind staff.

I dunno - reading these reviews, I feel like this place saw us coming and made special effort just for us. The food was fresh and hot and plentiful. I had enough shrimp, enough chicken, and more than enough food. I noticed that the people serving in the front line watched the level of food in each pan, then told the cooks what was coming up for refill. They cooked it just in time for a refill, put it on the line. Also noticed that when the cooks walked away, there were alarms set all over the kitchen area to monitor temperature and timing and summon the cook when something needed attention. The shrimp in the shrimp with honey and walnuts was 100% perfectly cooked. We thought the food was delicious, better than many eat-in Chinese places in the area. Wayyyyy better. Selection excellent. Service pretty quick and efficient. Price points? A real value. I'd go again anytime.

The food from here was quality at one time. It was one of my favorite places to have a meal. I had the plate with two entrees a week ago. The fried rice was dry and flavorless. And for the entrees I chose (orange chicken and teriyaki chicken) they were also bland. What a waste of money.

Order a "plate" with double broccoli and beef and got literally 4 pieces of beef, when I asked if I could get a couple more pieces of beef ,I was told that is why it us called Broccoli and beef rudely. Crystal Lake doesn't need service like this, Panda can go elsewhere

Same as many of the complaints, come in a little later, but way before closing time, and no food left, not only that, but they were cleaning the cooking area, thus signaling that they would not make any more food.I work at another fast food place in town, and we wait till closing to start cleaning/shutting down the kitchen. I will not be going back to this location for a very very long time...if ever!

Another restaurant that thinks because you close at 9:30pm that means that you don't need to have food available at 8:30pm. First I walked in the store tonight and the worker was helping a customer and then as I stood there she started filling what it appeared to be Uber or door dash orders.......... Never looking up and saying anything to me. What happened to customer service at least to acknowledge me standing there. It gave me a chance to see the empty, old, food in the containers. The leftovers of the day. No thank you!!! I walked out because I didn't deserve that quality of food and they didn't deserve my money!!!!! Shame on this restaurant.

Terrible service. Online ordering is a joke. It is never ready on time no matter when you order.

There needs to be a revamp with this team, with the service, with training, etc. I have ZERO problem waiting on product, what I do have a problem with though is when it's 8pm and you close at 9 pm and you think you are telling me you are out of x,y,z for the night.You are a restaurant and last I checked, your product is on the menu. You're not out, your staff just doesn't want to make it. This is NOT just tonight! This is continual! Steam veggies, sweet fire chicken etc. I count 5 employees working (2 cooks- 3 front line) and clearly want an easy night!!!Lobby is filling up and everyone is concerned that "is this everything you have left for night"?Completely insane! Was ordering (4) plates... leaving with 1 because I refuse to invest my money on a business that doesn't think they need it, but promised(1) very hungry kid his!Will not be back anytime soon!!

Ordered online order was supposed to be picked up at 2:47. Did not get order until 3:06. People came in after me ordered and got their food. So I cancelled it and yelled at them for playing on phone. The cook flipped me off!

Terrible service!! Waiting in long lines with what appears to be 5 people already waiting on many containers. Overhear cook say he is not cooking anything else. It is 35 minutes to close and you're ready to lose multiple orders??
