Good pizza, arrived via delivery late and Luke warm. Spent a lot of money for Luke warm food. Probably Last stop for the delivery guy before returning to mugs. Girl on phone said it would arrive nice and hot!
Outstanding PIZZA!!!!!! We've been ordering pizza from so many places in the area...BUT MUGS is ALWAYS our go to for a GREAT PIE. Hands down BEST Pizza!!!!! Will not disappoint:)))
Ordered a veggie slice and they just took an old cheese slice and slapped some veggies and more cheese on top and reheated it. It was so obvious and unappetizing and that shouldn't pass as something someone comes in to pay for.
The shrimp are good. The Augratin potatoes were excellent. My fried chicken was dry and overcooked, very disappointing. I picked up my order , wasn't ready waited 10 min.
Really like Mugs. They do gluten-free correctly and a big bonus is that my friends like their regular pizza too!
Obviously great food. Super consistent. AMAZING staff and manager. We made a small catering order and they came in HOURS before opening to make our food special. Really amazing service. Love mugs!
Mug's is my goto for late night foods in Crystal Lake. There are only a few options when its the weekend and you have the late night munchies, if you know what I mean ;) Mug's menu has good variety and theres something for everyone. If you haven't tried ribs yet then you gotta try it. It's really good and it comes with two sides and a warm butter roll.
Mugs is the perfect everyone pleaser. No one ever has anything bad to say! Good price for the quality of food too, friendly people working there. Also they're usually open pretty late! The staff is also very health conscious and that is always appreciated!
First time ordering pizza and ribs. Delicious I love the food and the staff very nice and friendly
So I'm at a house 10 min away I call order a pizza tell them I need change for 100. A hour and a half goes by and I call back they said the driver had to stop at home to get change. The pizza arrive 10 minutes later so a total time of 100 minutes. The pizza is cold even the center. Os I cal back and they tell me they are going to bring me a fresh made one. Ok awesome I don't want to eat a frozen pizza. The driver arrives hands me the pizza and asks me for the old one. So you mess up my order make me wait over 2 hours for my pizza when I'm 10 minutes away and then ask me for the pizza back that's cold. I was about to put that I'm my fridge. But anyway you will no longer get business from this way and from your other locations
