I waited for over a half hour, when they finally took my card they charged me for someone else's order (twice as much as mine was), and I got all the wrong food

Needed a cold drink, it was 100° and the lines were long, so we went in.
Fries were double dipped...maybe even triple dipped ....they were so chewy and hard
Lobby was closed. Peed in parking lot. And ate better food at bk next door. They deserve 5 stars.
Went through the drive through, was blinded by the overly bright (i went through at night) order confirmation screen. Then they repeated my order back to me when I paid for it, which was wrong, so they corrected the order, and failed to put the part of my order in the bag that we talked about. The fries were scalding hot - the chicken sandwich was barely warm, and the lettuce on the sandwich tasted like it had frost bite. I'm sorry. Have a new looking building, and big order screen in the drive through doesn't make up for poor accuracy and poor quality. But, then again, its McDonald's, so its exactly what I have come to expect. Thanks for living up to the low expectations I have of your restaurant.
This McDonald's has good employees that always treat you with respect and with a smile on there face. Joseph went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience. McDonald's needs more employees like Joseph!!!! I hope your management takes this into account.

Quick service and a friendly staff. With all the shortages that company's are having, they were still quick and inviting.
I will not be patronizing this or any other McDonald's. As more time passes, the service and food quality keep getting worse, I'm sorry to say.
