The crew working there now is much more friendly and welcoming. Course the food speaks for itself. I stopped going to that JJ location due to the former crew being really bad.
Every table in the place is dirty. Back of chairs are sticky.
Will never be ordering from here again I waited 2 hours for food I get that places get busy for lunch but the amount of time I waited for delivery is completely unprofessional
I have had it with this Jimmy John’s location. I have been ordering from them for a long time, but over the last few months, they have been messing up my orders more and more. They just now messed up my order completely. The person who made my sandwich answered the phone and not only did I not get an apology, they told me it’s going to be a long wait because they’re “backed up and only have one driver”. I understand that, but I placed my order well before everyone else and my remake should have been jumped to the top of the queue. Or maybe offer me a free drink or a free cookie or refund my order! Ridiculous.

Was the only customer there. Placed my order for one sandwich- arrived home only to find it is nothing like the sandwich I ordered. Not worth driving back. Very disappointed especially since this order was for someone that was really looking forward to it.

It's a Jimmy John's, which are consistently good IMO.
If employees are supposed to wear a mask, then why aren't they over their faces? 136, Oct 1st...was gonna get good, but turned right around. Bang up job guys!
