I called this location and the phone rang rang and rang, I called a total of 5 times over a 15min time period in order to place an order. On the 5th call someone picked up the phone and just set it in something so it wouldn’t ring anymore. I could hear them talking so I know that is what was done. So I drove to the place to ask why someone would do that. When I got there, not a single customer in the store and 4 employees on the line. Spoke to some younger kid and asked for a manager and he said that assistant manager Rob was available so I spoke with him and explained and even called the store number again and still a busy signal. Rob said “I’m going to chalk it up as a mistake someone did and I’ll go HANG THE PHONE, I mean check to see if it’s off the hook.” What type of business places there phone so customers aren’t able to place orders. News flash Rob that phone ringing is what pays you and the other 3 employees salaries. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business who clearly doesn’t want business. There is a store right off of 31 in Lake in the hills about 8mins away and one off of 31 in Mchenry not far away either. Both of these locations answered their phones. Took my business to the lake in the hills location. Also when the owner reads this and responds with “thank you for the stars” response as they have on the other negative reviews I will be contacting corporate to address this issue at hand. I’m capable of driving but what if someone is handy cap and unable to drive and they wanted to call in an order to feed their family and you and your selfish crew placed the phone off the hook.
I’ve been here 3 times already in the past 2 years or so, the first 2 times they couldn’t serve me because they ran out of bread, that’s why it took me so long to go back. Today I decided to give them another try so I went in at 1:15pm I asked for a chicken chipotle giant and they said it would be a 20 min wait…. Idk if this is a usual time wait for a sandwich, but I didn’t have much time so I walked out.
They always do a great job. We’ve been going here for years and always quality sandwiches and a quick pace.
Placed an order on line that was promised for 1216. After waiting in the store for 15 minutes the order was completed and handed to me. No urgency in their service lately, and unable to meet their committed SLA. Food is still good but the price increase are making me re-evaluate the value being received.
Any food their menu is banging!! That Italian and phily sub too favorites!
Usually Jersey Mike's is the first go to for subs, however today when I had the sub it was not of the quality that they are normally. I was very disappointed and the sandwich was dry and tasteless. Will have to think twice next time.
I personally didn't like the subs.Would be one of my last options to eat
Love this store. The men who work here are amazing, they listen and they remember you! Stop here often on my break from work and they always get me in and out with fresh food! Great job team keep up the amazing work!
Food's great, service is fast and friendly and efficient. Can order via the app or scan your QR for points. Humongous parking lot adjacent to the restaurant is a plus. Outdoor dining area is clean, if a little small.
Burnt bread and missing chips. Not sure who has the chips....but there's no way my dasher burnt the bread. Offer another type of bread instead of thinking no one will notice or care. I especially care when I pay that much for a sammie.
