I went here on Sunday. They’re very low on staff, but the staff work extra hard to make up for that. Had a delicious meal there. The staff was very kind and friendly. If they’re having staffing problems the company should pay them more!!The food was delicious I didn’t know ihop burgers would be good.

my friends and i were looking forward to some pancakes and hash browns at 11pm (they sounded so damn good) so what did we do? we drove 15 min to be blue balled with a 6-9:30 sign. the website said 24 hrs. it has always been 24 hrs. we were heart broken. leaving us no choice but to go to country donuts (still good but no ihop pancake) it’s fine and we will forgive you one day but you must realize the amount of stoners that live around here so just please save us the gas money and update your times on google xoxo sending love

Waitress was very stressed out for some reason and acted like we were bothering her. Food was okay but my pancakes seemed a little rubbery and old. I thought they would be making pancakes fresh with every order but I'm guessing mine was from earlier that morning. Pass on this location and hit mcdonalds. Thanks for reading and stay blessed.

Double checked online before making the drive. We just got off a plane having traveled over 30 hours with small kids! Absolutely furious that the 24 hours was even confirmed “4 days ago” by the restaurant.Sign on the door says hours “open 6am to 9:30pm”.I’ll never come back here even when they are open. DO NOT ADVERTISE your business as being open when it is not.

Worst experience ever. Waitress was rude while serving us and we did not tip because of her attitude and she chased us into the parking lot swearing at us and harassing us. Absolutely worst location ever. NEVER GO HERE

Today, we ordered a Southwest Chicken Bowl. Asked for the tomatoes on the side, no bacon, and rice pilaf instead of hash browns. The waitress came up to us and said that the cook made our order wrong ... he added the tomatoes and the bacon. So, very patiently we waited again for our food. Finally, after 1-1/2 hours of waiting, our food was served. The order was wrong AGAIN. This time tomatoes were on the side and no bacon, which was fine. BUT, the cook forgot to add the scrambled eggs and the rice pilaf! We were really ticked off at the whole experience. So we ate what we could, which was a very small amount. Oh but the waitress said that she could have the cook make our eggs and rice pilaf to go. WHAT? Wait again, and who knows for how long? So, the waitress told the manager, Alenjandra what happened. All she did was give us a 20% discount. Why did she even charge us for this meal that was not our fault? Should have been free or we should have been given discount vouchers for our next visit, which now, is never going to happen. This I-Hop used to be managed by Jody, then by Sydney, who were really great at their jobs. Now, this girl, Alenjandra, from Mexico comes in and tries to manage a restaurant, in which she cannot do. My advice is to stay away from the Crystal Lake, IL I-Hop. They have a very quick turnaround of employees.

Damn this food was good. Go try their french toast combo

Do not recommended going late at night staff is limited and you wait 30 minutes to get any kind of service..when asked to get a refill on drinks server never came back until we decide to go to the cash register to pay ( another 15 min. wait)

IHOP probably shouldn't offer curbside service if they're not able to actually do it and only told me when I called after sitting outside for 15 minutes. Sure, it's not the end of the world, but definitely an inconvenience to get two babies out of the car.

Only six customers in the restaurant counting the two of us. Yet, two hot chocolates took 15 minutes. Then, 20 minutes after I ordered a sandwich, they hadn't started to make it. We left without eating. They deserve a zero.
