Nothing like a mouth-full of coffee grounds to go with stale donuts. 2nd time now....
Kind and wellcoming staff though under staffed and causes shortened hours. I travel passed Wauconda and Island lake to go here. The others are awful.
Always get stale donuts unless you ask for fresh (even then its questionable). Also after ordering through the app they were out of something and instead of replacing or refunding they said I needed to contact customer service online, Who then said I needed to contact the store directly. No response after multiple attempts since October, no refund.
They were fast and I was on my way with two coffees that my friends enjoyed.
I just left here—ordering and service was quick and fine, but I’m so mad—my pumpkin muffin has no streusel or frosting on it!!! Disgusting!! Also, my iced pumpkin latte had no whipped cream. Do they just not use toppings here? I don’t understand how some Dunkin’s just do what they want—aren’t they all supposed to be uniform? Of course I tried calling and it’s an 800 number that’s automated.
Two times in a row no ones been at the building working twenty minutes after being open at 4 AM. Owners great, the employees not so much at being open when its time to open. This is a great way to lose repeated business.
This Dunkin is hit or miss. Ive gotte. There first thing in the AM and gotten stale donuts. Randomly the lobby is not open.

Had to stop going here. The last 3 times, the donuts served had to be at least 2 days old. Raised donuts should not be like eating a cake donut. Stale and nasty. They don't care either. These were bought 35 minutes ago.
They cheat you out of your drink. I asked them why it was missing some and they said that that’s how they come. They give you your order any way they want after they read your order they don’t care.
