For some reason their dozen are $11 and fresh, compared to Lake in the Hills on Randall charges close to $17 for a dozen
Dunkin donuts & baskin robins combo. I liked Baskin Robins ice cream back in the day, when they were next to the old movie theater on Williams St. Downtown. The turn off... Your prices. Way way to high. Affordability counts. Example: Look at what your competitor The Freeze has going on.Their Killin it. Julianas custard runs 2nd, with huge crowds. Where are you guys at in all this? Once again, good food + great prices = return customers. Your not looking real busy, during a mad rush for ice cream. Not good.
1 cream doesn't turn ur coffee whiter than the white coke head girl down the street. They def got this one wrong.

Not sure if its just me but everytime I come to this location their either closing early or closed before hours. Started last year. Not sure what’s going on, perhaps short of help or other issues. Frustrating to drive all the way there to find it closed.
This location has gone downhill in the last year, but I feel it's a staffing issue, more than an issue with staff. Over worked, understaffed, and underpaid is likely the cause of the insanely long lines and messed up orders. Hope they work on their management skills, and help bring the store back to the higher quality it had just 3 years ago.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star!I went through the drive through and as I was ordering my coffee the lady at the speaker said there was no way to get my drink the way I ordered it and gave me attitude I don’t care about pay extra for anything but this was not customer at all if you don’t like your job then leave it’s that simple
Worst service ever. Sad to say, starbucks is quicker and I am a loyal Dunkin fan. Hope corporate does something about this.
Went to the Dunkin drive through at 8:38pm tonight, and asked what time they close since the menu lights were off. The employee replied through the speaker that they close at 9pm. I ordered two medium decaf hot coffees, I was told they are out of decaf and cannot make anymore. So we could spend $6-$7 on a couple of coffees but they couldn’t make any? Or they wouldn’t make any? Or did someone make a rule as management saying don’t make coffee after a certain time? Also, Dunkin, update your Google hours. Your listing says you close at 8pm (which I checked after I left to write this review) but yet you offer deliver until 9:30pm? Just went down the street and got the decafs with no issue at another coffee place.
They leave their noble order open when closed and no refunds for processed purchases piss poor operation. I will be returning to get the coffee I paid for
